高效液相色谱法测定去滞散中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量

【摘要】:为了测定去滞散中枳壳的含量,采用C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),在室温下,以乙腈-水(20∶80,用磷酸调节pH值至3)为流动相,283 nm为检测波长,流速为1.0 m L/min,建立了反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)测定方法。结果显示,柚皮苷在0.08~4μg范围内线性关系良好,R~2=0.9999,回收率为94.4%~101.7%,RSD为2.23%;新橙皮苷在0.08~4μg范围内线性关系良好,R~2=0.9995,回收率为90.6%~100.0%,RSD为2.85%。本方法简便、准确、快速,可用于控制去滞散中枳壳的含量。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the content of Fructus aurantii in removing stagnation, C18 column (4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 mu m), at room temperature, with acetonitrile water (20: 80, phosphoric acid adjusted pH value to 3) as the mobile phase, 283 nm as the detection wavelength and the velocity of 1 m L/min, a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was established. The results showed that naringin was in 0.08~4 mu g range. The system is good, R~2=0.9999, the recovery rate is 94.4%~101.7%, RSD is 2.23%. The linear relationship of new hesperidin in the range of 0.08~4 mu g is good, R~2=0.9995, the recovery rate is 90.6%~100.0%, RSD is 2.85%. this method is simple, accurate and fast. It can be used to control the content of Fructus aurantii in the stagnation.
