丛枝菌根对退化羊草典型草原修复效应的研究

【摘要】:羊草典型草原是我国最好的草原类型,在自然因素和人类活动的干扰下,多数已出现不同程度的退化。丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhiza,简称AM)是草原生态系统的重要组成成分,对提高牧草养分吸收、促进其生长发育、增强抗逆性等具有重要作用。利用AM的综合作用修复退化草原是最值得研究的符合草原自然特点的生态修复措施。本研究选择锡林郭勒盟正镶白旗南部额里图牧场退化羊草典型草原,进行导入菌根接种羊草的修复研究,通过比较土壤、羊草、群落指标在菌根处理与对照之间的差异,探索菌根对退化羊草典型草原的修复效应。主要研究结论如下:(1)不同处理均表现为0-10cm土层的孢子密度、土壤含水量、养分和球囊霉素含量最高;接种AM真菌对可增加土壤有机碳、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾以及羊草根围土壤易提取球囊霉素和总球囊霉素的含量。(2)接种AM真菌增加了羊草的高度、盖度和地上部生物量,提高了羊草蛋白质和养分含量,促进了羊草对土壤氮磷钾的吸收,降低了群落中羊草的重要值。(3)接种AM真菌促进了群落的生长发育,增加了群落物种的丰富度,促进了群落植物多样性的形成。
[Abstract]:Leymus chinensis is the best grassland type in China. Arbuscular mycorrhizal arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM) is an important component of grassland ecosystem, which plays an important role in increasing nutrient absorption, promoting growth and development of forage, and enhancing stress resistance. The restoration of degraded grassland by the comprehensive action of AM is the most deserving ecological restoration measure in accordance with the natural characteristics of grassland. In this study, the degraded typical grassland of Leymus chinensis was selected in the south of Zhengxianbai Banner of Xilingol League, and the restoration of Leymus chinensis inoculated with introduced mycorrhiza was studied. The differences of soil, Leymus chinensis and community indexes between mycorrhizal treatment and control were compared. To explore the repair effect of mycorrhizal on degraded Leymus chinensis typical grassland. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the spore density, soil water content, nutrient content and balloon mycin content in 0-10cm soil layer were the highest in different treatments, and inoculation with AM fungi could increase soil organic carbon, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus, and increase soil organic carbon, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and available phosphorus. The available potassium and the contents of Ballomycin and TBMC were easily extracted from the soil around the root of sheep grass. The inoculation of AM fungi increased the height, coverage and aboveground biomass of Leymus chinensis, and increased the protein and nutrient content of Leymus chinensis. It promoted the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium by Leymus chinensis, and decreased the important value of Leymus chinensis in the community. The inoculation of AM fungi promoted the growth and development of the community, increased the richness of species and promoted the formation of plant diversity in the community.
