乳酸菌发酵黄芪多糖制剂在肉鸡生产上的应用

【摘要】:本试验旨在研究一种乳酸菌发酵的黄芪多糖(APS)制剂及其对肉鸡生长性能、血清免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A含量及肠道菌群的影响。首先提取APS,测定乳酸菌对其发酵的可能性,确定最适宜的添加量;其次选择500只1日龄体重相近的健康AA~+肉仔鸡,随机分为5组,每组100只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加20%APS 0.1ɡ/kg和0.1、0.2、0.3 m L/kg的乳酸菌发酵制剂。试验期为6周。结果表明:乳酸菌在添加20%APS的液体培养基中生长最优;与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组肉鸡的生长性能显著提高(P0.05),其中以Ⅳ组效果最好;与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组肉鸡血清Ig G、Ig A含量显著提高(P0.05),试验组肉鸡肠道微生物体系均有改善,盲肠大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P0.05),盲肠乳酸菌数量显著升高(P0.05)。综合考虑,肉鸡日粮中乳酸菌发酵APS制剂的最佳添加量为0.2 m L/kg。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study a lactic acid bacteria fermented Astragalus Polysaccharide (APS) preparation and its effects on growth performance, serum immunoglobulin I g G G A content and intestinal flora of broilers.
