美洲大蠊提取物对大鼠血液和卵巢抗氧化指标的影响

【摘要】:为了研究美洲大蠊提取物是否对大鼠血液和卵巢抗氧化指标产生影响,试验使用成年雌性SD大鼠17只,适应饲养1周后,随机分为3组,对照组(9 m L/kg,生理盐水)5只、低剂量组(9 m L/kg,0.03 g/m L)6只、高剂量组(9 m L/kg,0.09 g/m L)6只,隔天灌胃1次,共饲养30 d。试验结束后采集大鼠血液和卵巢检测血清丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及卵巢SOD、GSH-Px、CAT基因表达的变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,高剂量组(P=0.085)、低剂量组(P=0.091)均有显著降低血清中NO含量的趋势;高剂量和低剂量的美洲大蠊提取物均显著升高了大鼠血清中SOD的活性(P0.05),同时高剂量组还显著降低了血清中MDA的含量(P0.05);此外,高剂量和低剂量组还显著升高了卵巢SOD基因的表达(P0.05)。美洲大蠊提取物能升高大鼠血清抗氧化指标SOD的活性,降低了氧化应激指标NO和MDA的含量,同时还升高了卵巢SOD基因的表达量,说明其对大鼠卵巢具有一定的抗氧化应激功能。
[Abstract]:In order to study whether the extract of Blattella Americana had an effect on the antioxidant index of blood and ovary of rats, 17 adult female SD rats were used in the experiment. After being fed for one week, they were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group was 9 mL / kg, and the normal saline was 5 rats. In the low dose group, 0. 03 g / mL 路kg ~ (-1) of 9 mL 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) mg 路L ~ (-1) in the low dose group and in the high dose group (n = 6). The changes of serum malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (no), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (catalase), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the expression of GSH-PxX in ovary were measured after the experiment. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the high dose group and the low dose group all had the tendency of decreasing the serum no content significantly. Both high and low doses of Blattella Americana extract significantly increased the activity of SOD in serum of rats, and decreased the content of MDA in serum of high dose group. In addition, the high and low dose groups also significantly increased the expression of SOD gene in ovary. The extract of Blattella Americana could increase the activity of serum antioxidant index SOD, decrease the content of no and MDA, and increase the expression of SOD gene in ovary.
