枯草芽孢杆菌和抗生素类生长促进剂对0-6周龄蛋鸡生长发育和肠道功能的影响

【摘要】:枯草芽孢杆菌和抗生素类生长促进剂(Antibiotic Growth Promoters,AGP)主要通过调控肠道健康促进畜禽生长。本试验以0-6周龄蛋鸡为研究对象,通过双因素析因试验设计,分析枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对蛋鸡机体生长和肠道功能的作用,并尝试通过肠道结构和功能的相关指标对两者的益生机制和互作效应进行分析,为枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP在家禽生产上更科学高效的应用提供理论依据。试验一枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对0-6周龄蛋鸡生长发育的影响本试验通过分析枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对0-6周龄蛋鸡生长发育的影响及其互作效应,以期对枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对蛋鸡影响的作用机制的异同进行研究,为益生菌在含AGP日粮中的应用方式提供理论依据。试验选取1日龄海兰褐蛋鸡504只,随机分为4个处理组,每组7个重复,每个重复18只鸡。试验处理如下:对照组:饲喂基础日粮;AGP组:基础日粮添加20 mg/kg杆菌肽锌和4 mg/kg硫酸粘杆菌素;枯草芽孢杆菌组:基础日粮添加500mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌制剂;枯草芽孢杆菌+抗生素组:基础日粮添加500mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌制剂、20 mg/kg杆菌肽锌和4 mg/kg。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡0-3周龄的生长性能指标均无显著影响,但能够显著降低蛋鸡的4-6周的料重比(P0.05);枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对蛋鸡第3和第6周的免疫器官指数均无显著影响(P0.05),但两者在3周龄蛋鸡的脾脏指数上存在显著的拮抗作用(P0.05);枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对第3周龄和第6周龄蛋鸡的各消化器官指数和体重均匀度均无显著影响(P0.05),且两者不存在显著交互作用(P0.05);因此,从本试验所选取的指标来看,日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对蛋鸡0-3周龄的生长发育无显著影响;日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡4-6周龄的生长发育的促进效果优于AGP。试验二枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对0-6周龄蛋鸡肠道功能的影响本试验旨在通过小肠形态结构、小肠消化酶基因表达、小肠屏障作用蛋白表达及小肠SIgA浓度等指标,研究枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对0-6周龄蛋鸡肠道健康的影响。试验设计同试验一。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌能够降低3周龄蛋鸡十二指肠和空肠隐窝深度,提高6周龄空肠绒毛高度和3周龄绒毛高度/隐窝深度值;AGP可显著提高3周龄回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度值(P0.05);两者在小肠形态结构上未见互作效应(P0.05);枯草芽孢杆菌能够显著提高3周龄十二指肠蔗糖酶和6周龄空肠中的蔗糖酶基因表达,但对于3周龄回肠氨肽酶基因表达具有显著降低作用(P0.05);AGP可显著降低3周龄十二指肠蔗糖酶基因表达,并使3周龄回肠麦芽糖酶和氨肽酶,6周龄回肠麦芽糖酶和蔗糖酶基因表达显著提高(P0.05);两者在3周龄的十二指肠蔗糖酶和空肠麦芽糖酶上存在拮抗作用(P0.05);枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对0-6周龄蛋鸡小肠屏障作用蛋白和SIgA浓度无显著影响,也不存在互作效应(P0.05)。因此,枯草芽孢杆菌能改善0-6周龄蛋鸡十二指肠和空肠形态结构,提高十二指肠和空肠二糖酶基因表达;AGP能改善回肠形态结构并提高回肠消化酶表达水平。综上所述,日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP对蛋鸡0-3周龄的生长发育无显著影响,枯草芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡4-6周龄的生长发育的促进效果优于AGP;枯草芽孢杆菌能改善0-6周龄蛋鸡十二指肠和空肠形态结构并调控其消化酶基因表达,AGP则主要通过改善回肠形态结构并提高消化酶基因表达发挥作用。在3周龄重点关注的肠道发育和生长性能上及6周龄所有指标上,枯草芽孢杆菌和AGP均不存在拮抗作用。
[Abstract]:Bacillus subtilis and antibiotic growth promoter (Antibiotic Growth Promoters, AGP) mainly regulate the growth of livestock and poultry by regulating intestinal health. In this experiment, 0-6 weeks old laying hens were used as the research object. The effects of Bacillus subtilis and AGP on the growth and intestinal function of egg chickens were analyzed by the dual factorial design. The probiotic mechanism and interaction effect of the intestinal structure and function were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the more scientific and efficient application of Bacillus subtilis and AGP in poultry production. The test of Bacillus subtilis and AGP on the growth and development of 0-6 weeks old laying hens through the analysis of Bacillus subtilis and AGP to 0-6 The effects of the growth and development of the week old laying hens were studied in order to study the differences and similarities of the effects of Bacillus subtilis and AGP on the laying hens, and to provide a theoretical basis for the application of probiotics in the diet containing AGP. Bacillus subtilis and AGP had no significant effect on the third and sixth weeks' immune organ index (P0.05), but both were on the spleen index of 3 week old laying hens. There was significant antagonism (P0.05); Bacillus subtilis and AGP had no significant influence on the digestive organs index and weight uniformity of third week and sixth week old layers (P0.05), and there was no significant interaction between them (P0.05). Therefore, from the index selected in this experiment, the diet added Bacillus subtilis and AGP for 0-3 weeks of laying hens The growth and development of age were not significantly affected, and the effect of Bacillus subtilis on growth and development of 4-6 weeks old was better than that of AGP. test two Bacillus subtilis and the effect of AGP on intestinal function of 0-6 weeks old laying hens. The experiment was aimed at the small intestine morphologic structure, the gene expression of intestinal digestive enzyme, the expression of small intestinal barrier protein and the small intestine. The effects of Bacillus subtilis and AGP on intestinal health of 0-6 week old laying hens were studied. Experimental design and Experiment 1. The results showed that Bacillus subtilis could reduce the depth of duodenum and jejunum recess in 3 weeks old laying hens, increase the height of jejunum villus and the depth of the villus height / recess depth at the age of 6 weeks of age, and the AGP could significantly increase 3 of the 6 weeks of age. The height of the chorionic villus / recess depth (P0.05) at the week age (P0.05), and Bacillus subtilis could significantly increase the expression of invertase gene in duodenal invertase and 6 week old jejunum at 3 weeks of age, but significantly decreased the expression of the gene expression of ileum aminopeptidase at the age of 3 weeks (P0.05); AGP could be significant. The expression of the duodenal invertase gene was reduced at 3 weeks, and the expression of the ileum maltase and aminopeptidase at the age of 3 weeks was significantly increased (P0.05), and the antagonism of the both was antagonistic on the duodenal invertase and jejunum maltase at the age of 3 weeks (P0.05), and Bacillus subtilis and AGP on the small intestine of 0-6 week old laying hens There was no significant effect of barrier effect protein and SIgA concentration and no interaction effect (P0.05). Therefore, Bacillus subtilis can improve the morphological structure of duodenum and jejunum in 0-6 weeks old laying hens and increase the expression of two enzyme gene in duodenum and jejunum; AGP can improve the morphological structure of the ileum and improve the expression level of ileum digestive enzyme. Bacillus subtilis and AGP had no significant effect on the growth and development of 0-3 weeks of laying hens. Bacillus subtilis promoted the growth and development of 4-6 weeks of laying hens better than that of AGP; Bacillus subtilis could improve the morphological structure of duodenum and jejunum in 0-6 weeks old laying hens and regulate the gene expression of digestive enzymes. AGP mainly improved ileum form. There was no antagonism between Bacillus subtilis and AGP on all indexes of intestinal development and growth performance and 6 weeks of age at the age of 3 weeks of age.
