光源和光照强度对肉鸡体重的影响——生产性能、胴体性状和福利指数

【摘要】:本试验研究光源和光照强度对生长到较大体重的肉鸡(3.0 kg)的生产性能、胴体性状和福利指数的影响。试验设4个处理,每个处理设2个重复。960羽Ross×Ross 708肉仔鸡分入16个相对湿度为50%的鸡栏(30羽公鸡/30羽母鸡/栏)。试验按4×2因子设计,分别为4种光源[白炽灯(Incandescent,ICD,标准)、节能灯(Compact Fluorescent,CFL)、中性发光二极管(Neutral Light Emitting Diobe,中性-LED)、冷光家禽专用过滤LED(Cool Poultry Specific Filtered LED,Cool-PSF-LED)]和2种光照强度(5 Lux和20 Lux)。4中光源分别与2种光照强度一一组合,研究它们之间的互作效应。试验肉鸡在4个阶段(育雏期、育成期、育肥期和出售期)饲喂相同的日粮。自由采食和自由饮水。在第1、14、21、28、42及56天称重和称料,以统计生长性能。每日记录死淘率、料肉比,以利用死淘率进行矫正。在试验的第28和35天测定免疫应答反应相关指标,其他福利指数的相关指标于试验的第42天和第49天测定。试验第56天,每个鸡栏取20羽鸡(10羽公鸡和10羽母鸡)进行屠宰,测定重量及胴体指标。结果表明,PSFLED组试验肉鸡的体重(Body Weight,BW)、增重、活重和屠体重与ICD组差异显著(P≤0.05)。然而,采食量(Feed Intake,FI)、饲料转化率(Feed Conversion Ratio,FCR)及死淘率在各处理间差异不显著。各处理的试验肉鸡在脂肪或胸肌和较嫩的胸肌重量及胴体重上差异不显著。另外,处理对视觉发育、免疫应答反应及其他福利指没有影响,这说明光源对生长至较大体重的肉鸡的动物福利没有明显影响。本试验得出,本试验测试的三种光源可以替代在家禽生产中常用的白炽灯,以减少能源的消耗,提高生产效率。
[Abstract]:The effects of light source and light intensity on the performance, carcass traits and welfare index of broilers growing to larger body weight were studied. The experiment was conducted with 4 treatments. Each treatment consisted of 2 replicates of Ross 脳 Ross 708 broilers, which were divided into 16 broilers with relative humidity of 50% and 30 hens / hens.
