鸡蛋溶血巴斯德菌药敏试验及氨基酸代谢研究

【摘要】:【目的】探讨鸡蛋中溶血性微生物进来源及生物安全性。【方法】采用特异性培养基在鸡蛋中分离一株溶血性微生物,对其进行生化鉴定、16Sr DNA进行测序并聚类分析,采用7类9种抗生素抗性试验对溶血微生物进行药敏试验,对其进行发酵底物蛋白质和游离氨基酸研究。【结果】生化鉴定与16r DNA鉴定分离的溶血性微生为溶血巴斯德菌,药敏试验结果表明氨基糖苷类抗生素对此菌有一定的抑制作用,但青霉素钠、罗红霉素和喹诺酮类抗生素环丙沙星对此菌无抑制效果,底物发酵实验结果为溶血巴斯德菌的代谢对蛋白质总量影响不大,但可升高发酵培养基中部分游离氨基酸的含量。【结论】鸡蛋中存在非常见致病微生物的污染,并且部分抗生素对致病微生物已无抑制作用,鸡蛋中的微生物可以改变底物结构,相关部门应加强对新鲜鸡蛋微生物污染的控制,关注罕见致病菌及条件致病菌引起的危害。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the origin and biological safety of hemolytic microorganism in eggs. [methods] A hemolytic microorganism was isolated from egg by specific medium, and its 16Sr DNA was identified by sequencing and cluster analysis. Nine antibiotic resistance tests were used to study the susceptibility of hemolytic microorganisms to the fermentation substrate protein and free amino acids. [results] Hemolytic microorganism isolated by biochemical identification and 16r DNA identification was Pasteurella haemolyticus. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that aminoglycoside antibiotics could inhibit the bacteria to some extent, but penicillin sodium, roxithromycin and quinolone antibiotics ciprofloxacin had no inhibitory effect on the bacteria. The results of substrate fermentation showed that the metabolism of Pasteurella hemolyticus had little effect on the total protein content, but it could increase the content of some free amino acids in the fermentation medium. [conclusion] the contamination of pathogenic microorganisms was found in eggs. Some antibiotics have no inhibitory effect on pathogenic microorganisms, and microbes in eggs can change the structure of substrate. The relevant departments should strengthen the control of microbial contamination in fresh eggs and pay attention to the damage caused by rare pathogenic bacteria and conditioned pathogens.
