坝上长尾鸡育成期生长发育规律研究

【摘要】:为研究坝上长尾鸡育成期生长发育规律,选取660只坝上长尾鸡(公鸡331只,母鸡329只)进行试验。结果表明,坝上长尾鸡育成期体重逐渐增加,其中8~20周龄白羽、黑羽、麻羽、白花公鸡与母鸡体重差异极显著(P0.01),10~20周龄银灰公鸡与母鸡体重差异极显著(P0.01),8周龄银灰公鸡与母鸡体重差异显著(P0.05),芦花公鸡与母鸡育成期体重差异不显著(P0.05);8~20周龄不同羽色公鸡体重差异不显著(P0.05),8~20周龄芦花母鸡体重显著大于白羽、黑羽、麻羽、白花、银灰母鸡(P0.05),10~20周龄银灰母鸡体重显著小于白羽、黑羽、麻羽母鸡(P0.05),18~20周龄银灰母鸡体重显著小于白花母鸡(P0.05)。随着周龄的增加体重绝对生长值、相对生长率减小;育成期体斜长、龙骨长、胫围、胸宽、胸深、胫长、骨盆宽呈增加趋势,公鸡的累积生长值极显著大于母鸡,其中体斜长、龙骨长、胸宽、骨盆宽的绝对生长值先增加后降低,体斜长和胸宽的绝对生长值在16周龄达到最大,龙骨长和骨盆宽在14周龄达到最大;胸深和胫长绝对生长值呈下降趋势;胫围在育成后期绝对生长值增加;所测得的公鸡20周龄主尾羽长度多数达21 cm以上,最长达43 cm,母鸡尾羽上翘,主尾羽长约10~21 cm,分两侧呈八字形。
[Abstract]:In order to study the law of growth and development of the long-tailed chickens in Bashang, 660 long-tailed chickens (331 cocks and 329 hens) were selected to carry out the experiment. The results showed that the body weight of Bazhang long tail chicken gradually increased during the growing period, among them, 820 weeks old white feather, black feather, hemp feather, white feather, black feather, hemp feather, The difference of body weight between White Flower Rooster and female Chicken is very significant P0.01 / 10 ~ (10) ~ (20) weeks old Silver Grey Rooster and hen's body weight difference is extremely significant (P 0.01) and 8 weeks old Silver Grey Rooster and female Chicken's body weight difference is significant (P0.05). There is no significant difference in body weight between Luhua Rooster and female Chicken (P0.05880 ~ 20 weeks old). There was no significant difference in the weight of the feather rooster (P 0.05). The weight of the 20 week old rutile hen was significantly higher than that of the white feather. The weight of black feather, hairy feather, white flower, silver grey hen was significantly smaller than that of white feather, and the weight of black feather was significantly lower than that of white feather, and the weight of silver hen at 1820 weeks was significantly lower than that of white hen P0.050.The weight of black feather was significantly lower than that of white feather, and the weight of black feather was significantly lower than that of white feather, and the weight of black feather was significantly lower than that of white hen. The relative growth rate decreased with the increase of body weight at the age of weeks, and the body length, keel length, tibia circumference, chest width, chest depth, tibia length and pelvic width showed an increasing trend, and the cumulative growth value of the cock was significantly larger than that of the hen, in which the body length was oblique. The absolute growth value of keel length, chest width and pelvis width increased first and then decreased, the absolute growth value of oblique length and chest width reached the maximum at 16 weeks old, the absolute growth value of keel length and pelvis width reached the maximum at 14 weeks old, the absolute growth value of chest depth and shank length showed a downward trend. The absolute growth value of tibial circumference increased in the later stage of breeding, and the length of the main tail feather of the male cock at the age of 20 weeks was more than 21 cm, the longest was 43 cm, and the tail feather of the hen was upwarped, the length of the main tail feather was about 10 ~ 21 cm, and the length of the main tail feather was octahedral on both sides.
