不同蛋白源日粮和补饲蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯对奶牛生产性能的影响

【摘要】:本试验研究在不同蛋白源日粮及不同蛋白源日粮中添加蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯(HMBi)对中国荷斯坦奶牛生产性能和血液生化指标的影响。本试验分为两个部分:1、不同蛋白源日粮对奶牛饲料采食量和产奶量的影响21头泌乳中期健康荷斯坦奶牛被随机分配成3组,每组7头,试验奶牛精料、粗料分开饲喂,以等能等蛋白的原则分组,对照组饲喂原奶牛场配方配制的精料补充料(未添加任何双低菜粕),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组饲喂含有1.03 kg/d、1.66 kg/d的国内压榨的双低菜粕精料补充料,试验四周,试验结果表明对照组跟试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组差异性显著(P0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组之间差异显著(P0.05)且对照组的采食速度要比试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别慢1.47min和1.93min。试验组产奶量、乳成分差异不显著,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清总蛋白分别提高16.83%(P0.05)、7.99%(P0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清游离组氨酸显著高于对照组(P0.05),试验Ⅱ组丝氨酸、蛋氨酸、酪氨酸水平高于对照组,血清氨显著低于对照组(P0.05)。说明双低菜粕可提高精料的适口性但不影响乳成分。2、不同蛋白源补饲蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯对奶牛生产性能的影响选取60头年龄、胎次、泌乳期和产奶量相近,健康无疾病的中国荷斯坦奶牛。配对后随机分成4组,每组15头,分别为豆粕对照组、菜粕对照组、豆粕试验组和菜粕试验组,豆粕对照组的蛋白源为豆粕、棉粕和DDGS,菜粕对照组的蛋白源为双低菜粕代替部分棉粕和DDGS,试验前组间日产奶量、体重、胎次、泌乳天数差异不显著,豆粕试验组、菜粕试验组分别在豆粕-棉粕日粮和双低菜粕日粮中添加蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯。试验结果表明不同蛋白源补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯对奶牛产奶量的影响差异均不显著,但双低菜粕替代部分豆粕棉粕奶牛产奶量提高了 0.76kg/d,豆粕日粮添加蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯奶牛产奶量比豆粕对照组提高了 1.84kg/d,菜粕组添加蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯比菜粕对照组提高了 1.88kg/d,因此添加蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙醋有提高奶牛产奶量的趋势,菜粕日粮添加蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯效果更佳。不同蛋白源日粮补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯,对牛奶中的乳成分没有显著影响(P0.05),但菜粕试验组奶牛乳蛋白水平最高;不同蛋白源补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯对牛奶中体细胞数无显著影响(P0.05);不同蛋白源补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯对牛奶尿素氮的影响不同,与豆粕对照组相比,菜粕日粮补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯乳尿素氮水平显著下降,差异显著(P0.05),其余各组差异不显著,菜粕日粮与豆粕日粮相比,乳尿素氮呈现下降的趋势,在豆粕日粮和菜粕日粮补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯乳尿素氮降低,因此补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯能够改善日粮蛋白质代谢。不同蛋白源补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙醋对奶牛血液生化指标的影响差异不显著(P0.05),但与对照组相比,豆粕日粮和菜粕日粮补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯,奶牛血液葡萄糖有升高趋势,总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和胆固醇分别有升高和降低的趋势,但差异不显著,2种日粮补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯,对血液甘油三酯均没有影响。因此本试验可得出,奶牛日粮中用菜粕替代部分棉粕和DDGS并补充蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯效果较好。
[Abstract]:The effects of methionine hydroxy analogue isopropyl (HMBi) on the production performance and blood biochemical indexes of Chinese Holstein cows were investigated in this experiment. The experiment was divided into two parts: 1, the effects of different protein source diets on feed intake and milk yield of dairy cows were in the mid-term health of 21 lactating cows. Holstein cows were randomly assigned to 3 groups, each group of 7 heads, the dairy concentrate, the crude material were fed separately, the equal protein was divided into groups, and the control group was fed with the raw milk cow field formula (without any double low rapeseed meal). The experiment I and the test II Group were fed with the domestic pressed double low rapeseed meal containing 1.03 kg/d and 1.66 kg/d. Material supplement, experimental four weeks, the test results showed that the control group followed the test I, group II, the difference was significant (P0.05), the test I, the difference between group II was significant (P0.05) and the control group was better than the test I, the group II of the slow 1.47min and 1.93min. test group milk production, milk composition difference is not significant, compared with the control group, the test I, group II sera serum The total protein increased by 16.83% (P0.05), 7.99% (P0.05), test I, and group II serum free histidine was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). The serine, methionine and tyrosine levels in group II were higher than those in the control group, and the serum ammonia was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). The effects of methionine hydroxyl group isopropyl on the production performance of dairy cows were divided into 4 groups of 15 heads of 15 heads in each group, including soybean meal control group, rapeseed meal control group, rapeseed meal test group and soybean meal control group. The source is soybean meal, cottonseed meal and DDGS, the protein source of the rapeseed meal control group is double low rapeseed meal instead of partial cottonseed meal and DDGS. The difference of daily milk quantity, weight, birth order and lactation days between the test groups is not significant. The test group of soybean meal test group and rapeseed meal test group added methionine hydroxy analogue isopropyl ester in soybean meal diet and double low rapeseed meal. The results showed that the difference of the effect of isopropyl methionine hydroxy analogues with different protein sources on milk production was not significant, but the milk yield of dairy cows was increased by 0.76kg/d with double low rapeseed meal instead of some soybean meal, and the milk yield of dairy cows supplemented with methionine hydroxyl analogs increased by 1.84kg/d and rapeseed meal group. Methionine hydroxy analogue isopropyl ester increased 1.88kg/d in comparison with rapeseed meal control group, so adding methionine hydroxyl similar isopropane vinegar could improve milk production of dairy cows. The effect of methionine hydroxyl analogues to isopropyl ester in rapeseed meal was better. There was no significant effect (P0.05), but the milk protein level was the highest in the rapeseed meal test group, and there was no significant effect on the number of somatic cells in milk (P0.05) with different protein sources supplemented with methionine hydroxyl group (isopropyl isopropyl), and the effect of isopropyl isopropyl methionine hydroxy analogs on milk urea nitrogen was different, compared with soybean meal control group, rapeseed meal day The levels of urea nitrogen in the diet supplemented with methionine hydroxyl group were significantly decreased (P0.05), and the difference was not significant in the other groups. The urea nitrogen in the rapeseed meal and the soybean meal showed a downward trend. The supplemental methionine supplementation was supplemented by the supplemental methionine supplementation in the diet and rapeseed meal supplemented with isopropyl isopropyl urea nitrogen in the diet and rapeseed meal. The effect of isopropyl isopropyl ester of hydroxyl group on dietary protein metabolism was improved. The effect of methionine hydroxyl analogs on the blood biochemical indexes of dairy cows was not significant (P0.05), but compared with the control group, the diet and rapeseed meal supplemented with isopropium methionine hydroxy analogues, and the blood glucose increased in dairy cows. The total protein, albumin, globulin and cholesterol were increased and reduced respectively, but the difference was not significant. The 2 diets supplemented with methionine hydroxyl similar isopropyl ester and had no effect on the triglyceride in the blood. Therefore, we can conclude that the meal in dairy cows instead of partial cottonseed meal and DDGS and supplementation of isopropyl methionine hydroxy analogues in the diet of dairy cows The effect is good.
