禽类环境控制器的设计及研究

【摘要】:随着我国禽类养殖产业化发展,禽类养殖业对养殖环境要求不断提高。在禽舍环境控制中,由于温湿度之间的耦合关系,难以同时到达设定值。所以进行禽类环境控制器的研究,实时检测温湿度,以便满足禽类的生长环境。针对此设计了一种基于模糊PID解耦算法的多功能禽舍环境控制器,主要是环境控制器系统硬件的设计与相关软件设计,具体包括控制器的各个功能模块设计和控制算法的设计。主控IC选用DSP作为处理器,计算更加精确,支持复杂的算法运算。显示采用3.2寸带SD卡扩展的触摸屏,使得操作界面更加人性化。利用无线通讯模块将数据发送给远程终端,实现远程监控的功能。系统还有上位机用于实时在线收集数据,便于统计与计算。基于手持端短信平台,更加方便了禽舍实时监控。数据采集模块与继电器组控制模块初始化,继电器组控制模块不仅控制18路常规输出,还控制温湿度的采集,对该部分的初始化至关重要。首先关闭所有输入输出,待AD采集模块及自整定模糊PID解耦控制算法初始化完毕后,开通温湿度采集通道,得到处理结果,进而控制18路的输出。建立了新式禽舍结构模型,根据禽类日龄与温湿度,通风量以及光照的关系,采用自整定模糊PID解耦控制算法,通过模糊控制算法将实时测量的数据处理得到PID调节参数,再利用单位阵解耦原理使得温湿度控制解耦。经试验和仿真证明该系统响应迅速,灵敏度高,稳定性好。
[Abstract]:With the development of poultry industry in China, the requirement of poultry breeding environment has been improved. Due to the coupling of temperature and humidity, it is difficult to reach the set value at the same time. Therefore, the study of poultry environment controller, real-time detection of temperature and humidity, in order to meet the growth environment of birds. In this paper, a kind of multi-function poultry house environment controller based on fuzzy pid decoupling algorithm is designed, which mainly includes the design of hardware and related software of the environment controller system, including the design of each function module of controller and the design of control algorithm. The main control IC chooses DSP as the processor to calculate more accurately and supports complex arithmetic operation. Display 3. 2 inch with SD card expanded touch screen, make the user interface more human. The wireless communication module is used to send the data to the remote terminal to realize the function of remote monitoring. The system is also used for real-time online data collection, easy to count and calculate. Based on the handheld short message platform, it is more convenient for real-time monitoring of poultry houses. The data acquisition module and the relay group control module are initialized. The relay group control module not only controls 18 routine outputs, but also controls the collection of temperature and humidity, which is very important to the initialization of this part. After the AD acquisition module and the self-tuning fuzzy pid decoupling control algorithm are initialized, the temperature and humidity acquisition channel is opened, and the processing results are obtained, and then the output of 18 channels is controlled. Based on the relationship between poultry age and temperature, humidity, ventilation and illumination, the self-tuning fuzzy pid decoupling control algorithm is used to process the real-time measured data to obtain pid adjustment parameters. The decoupling principle of unit array is used to decouple the temperature and humidity control. Experiments and simulations show that the system has the advantages of rapid response, high sensitivity and good stability.
