甘肃高山细毛羊泌乳规律及哺乳期羔羊体重生长规律研究

【摘要】:本试验以25只二胎次甘肃高山细毛羊泌乳母羊和29只哺乳期羔羊为研究对象,准确测量甘肃高山细毛羊母羊2~75 d的泌乳量,同时对哺乳期羔羊1~75 d进行体重称量,以期为舍饲半舍饲甘肃高山细毛羊母羊的饲养管理和羔羊的早期断奶提供理论依据。本次研究内容分为两个试验内容:试验一:甘肃高山细毛羊产后2~75 d泌乳规律研究本试验为了系统描述母羊的泌乳规律,以25只甘肃高山细毛羊为研究对象,以羔羊哺乳前后的体重差作为母羊的泌乳量,在母羊产后的2~15 d、15~30 d、30~75 d分别对羔羊进行哺乳5次/d、4次/d、3次/d,以每一只母羊作为一个重复,在泌乳量准确测量的基础上建立泌乳回归曲线,再用Wood模型进行拟合。试验结果表明:(1)甘肃高山细毛羊产后2~75 d平均总泌乳量为72.33±11.42 kg,平均日泌乳量为977.37±154.31 g。(2)甘肃高山细毛羊产后2~75 d泌乳曲线符合Wood模型。(3)10只产公羔母羊2~75 d泌乳量为76.95±11.02 kg,平均每天的泌乳量为1039.90±148.87 g。11只产母羔母羊2~75 d总泌乳量为68.12±10.52 kg,平均每天的泌乳量为920.53±142.17 g。结果表明羔羊性别对母羊泌乳量和泌乳曲线方程参数无显著影响(P0.05)。(4)根据羔羊出生重进行分成两组,体重较大组母羊(n=10)总泌乳量为74.169±13.431 kg,体重较小组母羊(n=11)总泌乳量为70.649±9.588 kg,体重较大组的母羊泌乳量比较小组高4.98%,但是羔羊出生重对甘肃高山细毛羊母羊的泌乳量和泌乳曲线方程参数无显著影响(P0.05)。(5)甘肃高山细毛羊母羊泌乳曲线具有以下特点:泌乳初期上升速度快,泌乳高峰期出现较早且峰值较高,泌乳后期下降速度也比较快。(6)通过对甘肃高山细毛羊母羊泌乳曲线研究发现,母羊在75 d时泌乳量比较低。试验二:甘肃高山细毛羊哺乳期羔羊体重生长规律本试验为了验证羔羊早期断奶的可能性,以29只1日龄甘肃高山细毛羊羔羊为研究对象,对羔羊在哺乳前后准确称量体重,在此基础上分别绘制羔羊生长的累积生长曲线、绝对生长曲线和相对生长曲线,来描述甘肃高山细毛羊羔羊的体重生长规律。试验结果表明:(1)29只甘肃高山细毛羊羔羊的平均出生重为3.994±0.727 kg,75日龄体重为21.937±3.278 kg,75天内共增重17.943 kg,平均日增重为249.3 g/d。(2)羔羊累积生长曲线呈近似直线变化,且羔羊体重增长量与母羊的泌乳量呈极强正相关(r=0.988)。(3)通过羔羊绝对生长曲线可以看出:羔羊出生后1~10日龄日增重快速增加,11~50日龄日增重平稳上升,50~75日龄日增重波动下降。(4)通过羔羊相对生长曲线可以看出:羔羊出生后1~10日龄相对生长速度快速上升,10日龄达到最大值,10日龄之后开始迅速下降,30日龄之后下降速度趋于缓和。(5)根据甘肃高山细毛羊羔羊生长发育规律研究结果表明,羔羊实行75 d断奶可行。综上所述,甘肃高山细毛羊母羊在泌乳初期泌乳量迅速增加,泌乳高峰期出现较早且峰值较大,泌乳后期泌乳量下降速度也比较快,泌乳性能比较高。甘肃高山细毛羊羔羊累计生长曲线呈近似直线变化。研究表明了羔羊在75 d进行断奶可行。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, 25 second Gansu Alpine Fine Wool Sheep lactation ewes and 29 lactation lambs were used to measure the milk secretion of the 2~75 D of the alpine fine wool sheep, and the weight of 1~75 D of the lactation lambs at the same time, in order to feed and manage the feeding and management of the ewes of Gansu Alpine Fine Wool Sheep and the early weanling of the lamb. The content of this study is divided into two experimental contents: Test 1: the test of 2~75 D lactation in Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep after postpartum study in order to systematically describe the law of lactation of the ewes, 25 Alpine fine wool sheep were taken as the research object, the weight difference before and after the lamb lactation was taken as the lactating amount of the ewes, and the 2~15 d after the ewes was 15, and 15 ~30 D, 30~75 D were lactating 5 times /d, 4 times /d, 3 /d, and each ewes were used as a repeat. On the basis of accurate measurement of milk secretion, the milk regression curve was established, and the Wood model was used to fit it. The results showed: (1) the average total lactation of Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep was 72.33 + 11.42 kg, and the average daily milk quantity was For 977.37 + 154.31 g. (2) Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep, the 2~75 D lactation curve accords with the Wood model. (3) the 2~75 D lactating amount of 10 male lambs is 76.95 + 11.02 kg, and the average milk volume per day is 1039.90 + 148.87 g.11, and the total milk volume of the female lamb is 68.12 + 10.52 kg, and the average daily milk volume is 920.53 + 142.17 g.. The sex of the lambs had no significant influence on the milk secretion and lactation curve equation parameters of the ewes (P0.05). (4) it was divided into two groups according to the birth weight of the lamb, and the total lactation of the large group of ewes (n=10) was 74.169 + 13.431 kg, and the body weight of the group ewe (n=11) was 70.649 + 9.588 kg, and the comparison group of the large body weight group was 4.98% higher than that of the group. But the birth weight of lamb has no significant influence on the milk secretion and lactation curve equation parameters of Gansu Alpine Fine Wool Sheep (P0.05). (5) the lactation curve of Gansu Alpine Fine Wool Sheep ewes has the following characteristics: the early stage of lactation is faster, the peak period of lactation appears earlier and the peak is higher, and the decline rate of the late lactation is also faster. (6) pass to Gansu The study of lactation curve of Alpine Fine Wool Sheep ewe found that the amount of lactation of the ewes at 75 D was lower. Test two: the body weight growth law of Gansu Alpine Fine Wool Sheep breastfeeding lamb in order to verify the possibility of early weaning, 29 1 day old Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep lambs were taken as the research object, and the lamb was accurately weighing body before and after lactation. On this basis, the cumulative growth curve of lamb growth, the absolute growth curve and the relative growth curve were drawn to describe the body weight growth of the Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep lambs. The experimental results showed that: (1) the average birth weight of 29 Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep lambs was 3.994 + 0.727 kg, 75 days old body weight was 21.937 + 3.278, and in 75 days. The cumulative growth curve of the average daily gain of 17.943 kg and the average daily gain of 249.3 g/d. (2) showed an approximate linear change, and the weight growth of the lamb had a strong positive correlation with the milk secretion of the ewes (r=0.988). (3) through the lamb absolute growth curve, it could be seen that the daily weight gain of the lamb increased rapidly after the birth of the lamb, and the daily weight gain of 11~50 was steadily rising, 50~75. (4) the relative growth curve of day age was reduced. (4) the relative growth curve of lambs showed that the relative growth rate of the lambs increased rapidly after birth and reached the maximum at 10 days of age. After 10 days of age, the growth rate began to decline rapidly. After 30 days of age, the decline rate tended to ease. (5) the results of the study on the growth and development of lambs in Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep showed that the growth and development of lambs in Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep showed that The 75 D weaning is feasible for the lamb. In summary, the amount of lactation in the early lactation period increases rapidly in the early lactation, the peak period of lactation appears earlier and the peak value is larger, the rate of lactation in the late lactation is also faster and the lactation performance is higher. The growth curve of the Gansu Alpine Fine Wool lamb is approximately linear. The lambs are weaned at 75 D.
