酵母菌发酵玉米皮制备菌体蛋白饲料

【摘要】:玉米皮是玉米加工过程中的主要副产品,其营养价值丰富,可作为缓和资源短缺和降低工业成本的优质饲料来源,但目前各玉米淀粉厂对其的综合利用不够完全,导致部分资源浪费。本文采用饲料国标测定法对玉米皮中纤维素类等有效成分进行测定,并以玉米皮为原材料,采用毕赤酵母菌2.3250发酵的方法降解玉米皮中的纤维素类物质,使其充分转化为高附加值的饲料蛋白。结果表明:玉米皮中的纤维素和半纤维素含量分别为16.40%和47.68%,蛋白质含量为11.49%,淀粉含量为15.50%,脂肪含量为2.73%,木质素含量为5.41%。另外,利用毕赤酵母菌转化玉米皮时,在无蛋白胨添加的情况下,25℃恒温培养48h,毕赤酵母菌浓度最高,为2.31×107个/m L。经过微生物发酵,玉米皮中纤维素含量由16.40%降到6.22%,半纤维素含量由47.68%降到33.45%。该研究对玉米皮的重要组分进行了系统分析,为利用酵母菌发酵玉米皮生产高附加值的菌体蛋白饲料等后续研究奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:Corn husk is the main by-product of corn processing process, and its nutritive value is rich, which can be used as a good feed source to alleviate the shortage of resources and reduce the industrial cost. However, the comprehensive utilization of corn husk in various corn starch plants is not complete at present. Lead to part of the waste of resources. In this paper, the effective components such as cellulose in corn husk were determined by the method of feed national standard, and the cellulose substances in corn husk were degraded by yeast 2.3250 fermenting method with corn husk as raw material. So that it is fully converted to high added value feed protein. The results showed that the contents of cellulose and hemicellulose in corn husk were 16.40% and 47.68%, the content of protein was 11.49, the content of starch was 15.50, the content of fat was 2.7333 and the content of lignin was 5.41.
