不同遗传基础鹅的生长发育规律及屠宰性能

【摘要】：利用常规育种手段得到卡洛斯鹅(♂)和吉林籽鹅(♀)的杂交鹅F1代,通过纯繁(卡洛斯鹅、籽鹅)、回交得到4组不同遗传基础的杂交鹅,测定0~10周龄试验鹅的体重和体尺,探究其生长发育规律,并测定10周龄鹅的屠宰性能,进行相关性分析。结果表明:4组试验鹅早期生长速度快,1~4周龄生长强度大,4~10周龄体重增长快。10周龄时,体重与体斜长、颈长、胫长、胸宽、胸深呈显著正相关。Ⅳ组(F1♂×卡♀)屠宰率达到87.51%,半净膛率为82.68%,全净膛率为75.27%,分别比Ⅱ组(吉林籽鹅纯繁组)高7%、10%、14%。4组试验鹅的屠宰性能指标间存在着较强的相关性。
[Abstract]:The F1 generation of crossbred geese of Carlos goose and Jilin seed goose were obtained by conventional breeding methods. Four groups of crossbred geese with different genetic basis were obtained by pure breeding (Carlos goose, seed goose), and the body weight and body size of 0-10 week-old test geese were measured. The growth and development of geese were studied, and the slaughter performance of 10-week-old geese was measured and the correlation was analyzed. The results showed that the body weight and body length, neck length, shank length and chest width of the four groups of the tested geese increased rapidly at the age of 10 weeks at 10 weeks of age, and at the age of 10 weeks, and the growth intensity of the four groups increased rapidly at the age of 1 ~ 4 weeks.
