侧孢短芽孢杆菌S62-9对常见微生物的体外抑菌作用

【摘要】:通过研究侧孢短芽孢杆菌S62-9的抑菌谱及抑菌活性,初步判断其是否符合微生态制剂菌种选育的标准。通过指示平板法研究侧孢短芽孢杆菌S62-9的抑菌谱,从中选取1株藤黄微球菌28001(G~+)和1株大肠杆菌CMCC 44752(G~-)作为指示菌,采用液态共培养法研究S62-9对两株菌的抑菌能力。结果表明,S62-9对大多数致病性细菌及部分真菌产生抑菌作用,对G~+菌的抑菌效果强于G~-菌;液态共培养体系中,S62-9对两株指示菌表现出强烈的抑菌作用,抑菌效果随其所占接种比例的增加而增强,抑菌机理包括营养竞争作用以及S62-9产生的抗菌肽的拮抗作用。该研究表明,侧孢短芽孢杆菌S62-9具有广谱、高效的抑菌特性,为其微生态制剂的开发提供了理论基础。
[Abstract]:By studying the bacteriostatic spectrum and antibacterial activity of Bacillus cereus S62-9, it was preliminarily determined whether it met the criteria of microecological preparation strain selection. The bacteriostatic spectrum of Bacillus cereus S62-9 was studied by means of indicating plate method. One strain of Micrococcus luteum 28001 (G~) and one strain of Escherichia coli CMCC 44752 (GC-) were selected as indicator bacteria. The bacteriostatic ability of S62-9 against two strains was studied by liquid co-culture method. The results showed that S62-9 had bacteriostatic effect on most pathogenic bacteria and some fungi, and had stronger bacteriostatic effect on G ~ bacteria than on Gauricobacterium, and that S62-9 had strong bacteriostatic effect on two indicating bacteria in liquid co-culture system. The bacteriostatic effect increased with the increase of inoculation proportion. The bacteriostatic mechanism included nutrition competition and antagonism of antimicrobial peptides produced by S62-9. The results showed that S62-9 had broad spectrum and high efficiency bacteriostasis, which provided a theoretical basis for the development of microecological agents.
