补喂γ-氨基丁酸对哺乳期伊犁马驹生长发育及血液相关指标的影响

【摘要】:γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)作为一种氨基酸类饲料添加剂,被广泛应用于动物日粮中,具有增强动物采食能力、生长性能及免疫力等生物学效应,但是国内外关于GABA在哺乳期马驹中的应用鲜有报道,因此本试验探究补喂不同剂量水平GABA对哺乳期伊犁马马驹生长性能及血液相关指标的影响,为GABA在哺乳期马驹生长发育中的应用提供参考依据。试验选取年龄2~3月龄体重相近的哺乳期伊犁马驹20匹进行试验。按体重相近、公母对等原则分为4组,每组5匹,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组。对照组只补喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组补喂基础日粮和40 mg/d/匹GABA,试验Ⅱ组补喂基础日粮和80 mg/d/匹GABA,试验Ⅲ组补喂基础日粮和120 mg/d/匹GABA。分别在试验第0 d、30 d、60 d和90 d时下午18:00、18:30和20:00进行驹颈静脉血液采集、体尺测量及称重。结果显示:试验90 d后试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ马驹平均日增重相比对照组分别提高18.07%(P0.05)和6.02%(P0.05),试验30 d后试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组马驹日增体高相比对照组分别提高11.76%(P0.05)、46.67%(P0.05)和43.33%(P0.05),试验90 d后试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组马驹日增体高相比对照组分别提高25%(P0.01)、25%(P0.01)和35%(P0.01)。血液指标方面:在试验第30 d时试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组马驹血浆生长激素水平分别高于对照组4.35%(P0.05)、10.72%(P0.05)、10.43%(P0.05),血浆白蛋白水平高于对照组2.79%(P0.05)、4.16%(P0.01)、1.07%(P0.05);在试验第90 d时,试验Ⅱ组马驹血浆神经肽Y水平高于对照组38.03%(P0.01),血浆总蛋白水平高于对照组4.58%(P0.05)。补喂后发现从试验第0 d到第90 d试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组马驹血浆GABA、IgA和IgG水平均呈现出上升趋势,但血浆胃泌素、生长抑素和尿素氮含量无显著变化。本试验结果表明:补喂GABA可提高哺乳期马驹生长性能、免疫性能和抵抗力,且综合发现以80 mg/d GABA组效果最佳。此外,GABA可能主要通过神经肽Y、生长激素的调节对哺乳期马驹生长发育进行调控。
