鸡球虫三价弱毒疫苗安全性及免疫效果试验

【摘要】:球虫病一直是集约化养鸡场危害比较大的鸡病之一,发病率高达50%~70%,死亡率20%~30%,严重者高达80%。每年,全世界因为球虫病造成的经济损失超过30亿美元。随着抗球虫药物的发现和使用,球虫病已不再是毁灭性的,但是随着耐药虫株的产生,以及药物残留、食品安全、新药研究缺乏等问题的出现,大家开始将目标转移到用疫苗预防球虫病,疫苗将会是不久后防制球虫病的主要措施。为了评价西安某公司所生产的鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫、巨型艾美耳球虫、毒害艾美耳球虫三价弱毒疫苗的安全性和免疫效果,开展了本项试验。(1)安全性试验:给3日龄雏鸡接种10倍、100倍超剂量的疫苗,通过观察临床症状、死亡率、血便情况、剖检肠道病变等几个方面,对疫苗的安全性进行合理的评价。结果显示,对照组、10倍免疫组、100倍免疫组均无死亡,血便情况和剖检肠道病变均符合标准,疫苗的安全性合格。(2)效力试验:给免疫组雏鸡在3日龄、8日龄、16日龄分别进行一免、二免、三免,7天后强毒卵囊分别攻击免疫组和对照组。通过观察临床症状、死亡率、血便情况、剖检肠道病变等几个方面,对疫苗的免疫效果进行合理的评价。结果显示,对照组雏鸡死亡率为30%,免疫组雏鸡死亡率为0%,且免疫后的雏鸡从临床症状、血便情况、剖检肠道病变等多方面均优于对照组。表明,疫苗免疫效果良好。
[Abstract]:Coccidiosis has always been one of the most harmful chicken diseases in intensive chicken farms. The incidence of coccidiosis is as high as 50% and 70%, the mortality rate is 20% and 30%, and the serious one is as high as 80%. Worldwide, economic losses from coccidiosis exceed $3 billion a year. With the discovery and use of anti-coccidiosis drugs, coccidiosis is no longer destructive, but with the emergence of drug-resistant strains, as well as drug residues, food safety, lack of new drug research and other problems, People are beginning to switch to vaccines to prevent coccidiosis, which will soon be the main measure of coccidiosis control. In order to evaluate the safety and immune effect of the three valent attenuated vaccine produced by a company in Xi'an, Eimeria tenella and Eimeria mega were poisoned. The experiment was carried out. (1) Safety test: 10 times 100 times overdose vaccine was given to 3-day-old chicks. The clinical symptoms, mortality, blood stool and intestinal lesions were observed. The safety of the vaccine was evaluated reasonably. The results showed that there was no death, blood stool and pathological changes of intestinal tract were in accordance with the standard, and the vaccine was safe. (2) efficacy test: the chickens in the immunized group were immunized at the age of 3 days, 8 days old and 16 days old, respectively. After 7 days, the virulent oocysts attacked the immunized group and the control group respectively. The immune effect of the vaccine was evaluated by observing clinical symptoms, mortality, blood stool and intestinal lesions. The results showed that the mortality rate of the control group was 30 and that of the immunized chicks was 0. The immunized chicks were superior to the control group in many aspects such as clinical symptoms, blood stool, intestinal lesions and so on. The results showed that the immune effect of the vaccine was good.
