一例猫沙性结石的病例分析

【摘要】：正猫泌尿系统结石是比较常见的疾病,可引起排尿困难、尿频且量少等问题,包括肾结石、膀胱结石、尿道结石等,严重影响猫体健康。结石的形成原因比较复杂,既有自身体质问题,也有猫粮质量问题。普遍性的原因有尿滞留、尿液中的高浓度盐、pH改变、病灶和尿液中结晶抑制剂浓度下降等。结石的成分主要为尿酸盐、草酸钙、磷酸盐等。针对不同结石成分,可采取不同治疗方式。1发病经过及症状2015年6月,义乌锦苑宠物医院接诊一例猫排尿困难病例,患猫2岁,雄性,已绝育,精神不振,排
[Abstract]:Urinary calculi in orthotopic cats are common diseases, which can cause dysuria, frequent urination and low volume of urine, including kidney stones, bladder stones, urethral calculi and so on, which seriously affect the health of cats. The causes of stone formation are complicated, both physical problems and cat food quality problems. The common reasons are retention of urine, change of pH of high concentration salt in urine, decrease of concentration of crystal inhibitor in focus and urine, etc. The main components of stones are uric acid, calcium oxalate, phosphate and so on.
