鸡柏氏禽刺螨感染的初步研究

【摘要】:为探索四川某鸡场近年来肉鸡每年夏季均发生以腹部、腿部皮肤出现丘疹与痂皮为特征性病变的疫病病因,根据送检病鸡的临床症状、剖检病变和疾病流行特点进行初步诊断,并采用常规实验室诊断方法和PCR技术进行寄生虫检查、细菌分离鉴定、鉴别诊断和治疗的初步研究。结果显示,从病鸡体表检查到的禽刺螨为柏氏禽刺螨,PCR扩增其线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚单位1(CO 1)基因的576 bp大小靶片段与柏氏禽刺螨OB株核苷酸序列的同源性为99%;同时从丘疹病变组织中分离到1株阿尼蒂斯葡萄球菌,该葡萄球菌分离株不致死昆明小鼠,耐受青霉素、阿莫西林、环丙沙星、头孢他啶、复方新诺明、卡那霉素和强力霉素等13种受试药物;确定此疫病由鸡柏氏禽刺螨感染引起,灭鼠、杀螨和敏感药物抗菌措施具有良好防治效果。这是国内鸡发生柏氏禽刺螨感染的首次报道,为鸡禽刺螨感染的防控及相关研究提供了科学参考。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the pathogeny of the disease of the chicken in a chicken farm in Sichuan in recent years, the disease of the abdomen, the skin of the leg and the skin of the scab, the disease and the epidemic characteristics of the disease were diagnosed according to the clinical symptoms of the infected chickens, and the common laboratory diagnosis method and the PCR technique were used to examine the parasites. A preliminary study of isolation, identification, differential diagnosis and treatment. The results showed that the avian acarinus from the body of the sick chicken was PAT'S acarinus, and the PCR amplification of the 576 BP target fragment of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 (CO 1) gene was 99% of the nucleotide sequence of the OB strain of the acarinoid mites of the avian acarinus mites, and was isolated from the papular lesion tissue. To 1 strains of aniti Staphylococcus, the staphylococcal isolate did not kill Kunming mice, tolerated penicillin, amoxicillin, ciprofloxacin, ceftazidime, compound novomine, kanamycin and doxycycline, and other 13 tested drugs; it was determined that the epidemic is good for the infection of chicken PAT'S acarinosus, deratization, mite killing and sensitive drugs. This is the first report on the occurrence of PAT'S acari infection in domestic chicken, which provides a scientific reference for the prevention and control of acari infection and related research.
