添加植酸酶和木聚糖酶对蛋雏鸡生长性能、养分代谢率及血液指标的影响

【摘要】:当前,在蛋鸡养殖行业中,饲喂的饲料原料主要以植物性的玉米、豆粕、大麦、小麦、黑麦和杂粕为主,而在麦类和粕类中富含大量植酸和木聚糖,植酸和木聚糖具有较强的抗营养作用,由于它们的存在,使得饲粮中的营养成分难以被禽机体有效吸收和利用,降低了饲粮的的利用率和转化率。植酸酶与木聚糖酶能够有效降解植物性饲粮中含有的植酸和木聚糖,使其中抗营养的成分被分解利用,促进植物性饲粮中的营养成分能够被禽机体吸收和利用,这样能够提高其利用率及转化率。本试验通过在小麦一豆粕型日粮中研究添加植酸酶和木聚糖酶在蛋雏鸡生长上的相关作用,为当前在雏禽料中合理使用酶制剂提供本试验选用1d海兰褐商品蛋雏鸡作为试验动物,共1200羽,随机分为3组,每组有4个重复,每个重复有100只,试验期为28d。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组在基础日粮基础上添加木聚糖酶5000(U/g)和植酸酶4000(U/g)组成的复合酶,试验2组在基础日粮基础上添加木聚糖酶5000(U/g)。本文旨在探讨植酸酶和木聚糖酶组成的复合酶和单一的木聚糖酶分别对蛋雏鸡的生长性能、养分代谢率和血液生化指标的影响。试验结果如下:1.证明了木聚糖酶和植酸酶这两种酶能够显著的提高蛋雏鸡的平均日增重,还能够能够降低日采食量以及料重比,因为试验验证了在小麦-豆粕型饲粮中添加乐1号复合酶后的效果要好于试验2组也就是2号的木聚糖酶。2.可以看出木聚糖酶和植酸酶这两种酶能够显著地增加蛋雏鸡的胫骨长度,因为试验验证了在小麦-豆粕型的饲粮立面添加试验1组也就是1号复合酶的效果要好于我们实验的2号木聚糖酶。3.试验也可以看出木聚糖酶和植酸酶能够显著地提高蛋雏鸡粗蛋白、水分、钙和磷的表观代谢率,因为在试验中在小麦-豆粕型饲粮里面添加1号复合酶效果要好于2号木聚糖酶。4.试验同时也可以证明木聚糖酶和植酸酶能够显著提高蛋雏鸡血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖、IgA、IgM的含量,显著降低血清中尿素氮的含量。在试验中,在小麦-豆粕型饲粮中添加了试验1组的1号复合酶效果要好于2号木聚糖酶。
[Abstract]:At present, in the industry of laying hens, the feed materials are mainly plant corn, soybean meal, barley, wheat, rye and mixed meal, but they are rich in phytic acid and xylan in wheat and meal. Phytic acid and xylan have strong anti-nutritional effect, because of their existence, the nutrient components in diet are difficult to be effectively absorbed and utilized by poultry body, and the utilization ratio and conversion rate of diet are reduced. Phytase and xylanase can effectively degrade phytic acid and xylan contained in plant diet, which can decompose and utilize the anti-nutritive components of phytase and xylanase, and promote the absorption and utilization of phytase and xylanase in plant diet. In this way, the utilization rate and conversion rate can be improved. The effects of phytase and xylanase on the growth of egg chicks were studied by adding phytase and xylanase in wheat-soybean meal diet. In this experiment, 1200 Hailan brown egg chicks were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 4 replicates in each group, 100 in each group, and the experiment period was 28 days. The control group was fed with basal diet. Group 1 added xylanase 5000 (U / g) and phytase 4000 (U / g) on the basis of the basal diet. Group 2 added xylanase 5000 (U / g) on the basis of the basal diet. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of phytase and xylanase compound enzyme and single xylanase on growth performance, nutrient metabolism rate and blood biochemical index of egg chicks. The test results are as follows: 1. The results showed that xylanase and phytase could significantly increase the average daily gain of egg chicks and decrease the daily feed intake and feed weight ratio. The results showed that the effect of adding Le 1 compound enzyme in wheat-soybean meal diet was better than that in group 2, I. E. xylanase. 2. It can be seen that xylanase and phytase can significantly increase the tibia length of egg chicks. Because the experiment proved that the effect of adding No. 1 compound enzyme on wheat-soybean meal diet facade was better than that of No. 2 xylanase. 3 in our experiment. The results also showed that xylanase and phytase could significantly increase the apparent metabolic rate of protein, water, calcium and phosphorus in egg chicks. Because in the experiment, the effect of adding No. 1 compound enzyme in wheat-soybean meal diet is better than that in No. 2 xylanase. 4. The results also showed that xylanase and phytase could significantly increase the contents of total protein, albumin and Glucose-IgA- IgM in the serum of egg chicks, and significantly reduce the content of urea nitrogen in serum. In the experiment, the effect of the No. 1 compound enzyme added in the wheat-soybean meal diet was better than that in the No. 2 xylanase.
