头胎与经产奶牛围产期生产性能和血清生化指标的比较

【摘要】:为比较头胎奶牛与经产奶牛在围产阶段生产性能和血清生化指标的差异,本研究选取临床健康的头胎和经产奶牛各10头,在同等条件下饲喂全混合日粮,于预产期前7、4、2、1d及产后0、1、2、4、7、14d晨喂前尾静脉采血并分离血清,测定血糖、甘油三酯和血钙浓度,产后11~40d记录产奶量,于产后第30天采集乳样,测定乳成分和体细胞数。结果显示,头胎奶牛与经产奶牛血清甘油三酯、乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖和乳干物质等指标均无显著差异(P0.05);经产牛产后日均产奶量和乳体细胞数均显著高于头胎牛(P0.05);在分娩前第4天和分娩后第2、4天时,头胎牛血糖浓度显著高于经产牛(P0.05),但在分娩时,头胎牛血糖浓度显著低于经产牛(P0.05);头胎牛在产前第1、2天、分娩当天及产后第2天的血钙水平显著高于经产牛(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the difference of perinatal performance and serum biochemical indexes between first-born cows and post-parturient cows, 10 first-born cows and 10 cows were fed with total mixed diet under the same conditions. Blood samples were collected from caudal veins at 7 days before delivery and 14 days after delivery. Blood glucose, triglyceride and serum calcium were measured. Milk production was recorded at 1140 days postpartum. Milk samples were collected on the 30th day after delivery. Milk components and somatic cells were measured. The results showed that serum triglyceride, milk fat, milk protein, There was no significant difference in lactose and milk dry matter (P0.05); the average milk yield and the number of milk somatic cells in postpartum cattle were significantly higher than those in the first born cow (P0.05); on the 4th day before delivery and 24 days after delivery, the milk yield and the number of milk body cells were significantly higher than those in the first born cow (P0.05). The blood glucose concentration of the first born cattle was significantly higher than that of the postpartum cattle (P0.05), but the blood glucose concentration of the first fetal cattle was significantly lower than that of the menstrual cattle during delivery (P0.05), and the serum calcium level of the first fetal cattle was significantly higher than that of the menstrual cattle on the 1st second day before delivery, on the day of delivery and on the second day of postpartum (P0.05).
