南疆驴常见寄生虫鉴定及其流行病学调查

【摘要】:近几年来南疆驴业发展迅速,驴寄生虫病的发病率呈上升趋势,严重影响了南疆地区养殖驴业的健康发展。驴常见寄生虫病包括驴体内的蠕虫病、原虫病及外寄生虫病,主要临床症状为贫血、消瘦、黄疸、发育受阻、发生各种炎症或严重的恶疾病至死亡。了解南疆地区驴常见寄生虫种类、感染情况,从而针对性提出综合防治办法、降低驴体内外常见寄生虫的发病率、感染率所在。本研究包括以内容:(ⅰ)通过常规寄生虫病原学的检查方法,对采自疏勒县、泽普县、阿合奇县、库车县、吐鲁番市和托克逊县等6个实验点的254头驴粪样、215份血样和22份驴内脏进行了消化道寄生虫和梨形虫的检查、分析。利用虫卵漂浮法对254份粪样进行粪检和虫卵的鉴定,结果显示,南疆驴寄生虫的优势虫种为马副蛔虫、毛细线虫、马圆线虫(包括马圆线虫、无齿圆线虫、普通圆线虫等3种)和球虫,其感染率分别为35%(88"254)、47%(119"254)、65%(165"254)和55%(140"254),其中马副蛔虫感染率较高;利用虫卵计数(EPG)的方法,查出了驴消化道寄生虫每一克粪样中的感染强度,如马圆线虫695个/g、马副蛔虫332个/g、球虫289个/g和毛细线虫234个/g,其中马圆形线虫的感染率较高。在6个采样点中,采自于疏勒县的粪样中,驴体内寄生虫染率可达60%,高于其它点,差异显著(P0.05);采自于吐鲁番市的粪样中,驴毛细线虫感染率可达52.38%,高于其它点,差异显著(P0.05);采自于6采样点的粪样中均有马副蛔虫感染,各个采样点之间马副蛔虫的感染率,差异不显著(P0.05);采自于托克逊县的粪样中,球虫感染率可达57.5%,高于其它点,差异显著(P0.05)。利用蠕虫学剖检术(N=22),发现驴感染的消化道寄生虫有8种,隶属3科3属,其中线虫4种、胃蝇4种,马圆线虫、无齿圆线虫、普通圆线虫、马副蛔虫、肠胃蝇、红尾胃蝇、兽胃蝇和鼻胃蝇等的感染率分别为22.72%、13.64%、9.09%、18.18%、9.09%、4.55%、9.09%、4.55%。经改良的血液膜片染色镜检法进行了驴血液膜片的检查发现,在215分血样中检出驴泰勒虫阳性为42份,其阳性率为19.53%(42"215)。(ⅱ)通过形态学(包括形态学显微和超微观察)、PCR法及c ELISA方法,对采自南疆驴体表寄生的蜱虫(N=432)、蜱传血液原虫(N=215血样)进行了调查、分析,鉴定出了璃眼蜱属的小亚璃眼蜱213只(雄)和血蜱属的刻点血蜱219只(雄);经PCR方法检测出了驴感染的泰勒虫阳性病例,其感染率为35.81%(77"215),经阳性样品的克隆、测序比对分析,验证了其与T.equi标准虫株的同源性为99.8%。经c ELISA检测出了驴泰勒虫抗体,其阳性率为20.93%(45"215),驽巴贝斯虫的阳性率为1.40%(3"215)。实验结果表明该试验区域存在蜱传驴泰勒虫,应该加强防范。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the donkey industry in southern Xinjiang has developed rapidly, and the incidence of donkey parasite disease is on the rise, which has seriously affected the healthy development of donkey breeding industry in southern Xinjiang. Common parasitic diseases in donkeys include helminthiasis protozoa and external parasitosis. The main clinical symptoms are anemia wasting jaundice stunted development inflammation or serious diseases to death. In order to reduce the incidence and infection rate of common parasites in and out of donkeys, the comprehensive control measures were put forward in order to understand the common parasitic species and infection status of donkeys in southern Xinjiang. The contents of this study are as follows: (I) collected from Shule County, Zepu County, Aheqi County, Kuqa County through routine parasite etiology examination methods, 215 blood samples of 254 donkey feces and 22 donkey viscera from 6 experimental sites in Turpan City and Tokeson County were examined for digestive tract parasites and piriform worms. The fecal examination and egg identification of 254 feces were carried out by the method of egg floating. The results showed that the dominant species of the parasite of the donkeys in South Xinjiang were Ascaris equalis, Trichoderma capillaris, nematode equina (including the nematodes of the horse, and the nematode without teeth). The infection rate of common nematode and coccidiosis was 35% (88 "FU 254) and 65% (165" T254) and 55% (140 "T254), respectively, and the infection rate of Ascaris equinus was higher. The infection intensity of parasites in the digestive tract of donkey was detected by the method of egg count (EPG). For example, 695 / g of nematode, 332 / g of Ascaris equi, 289 / g / g of coccidia and 234 / g / g of nematode capillaries. In 6 sampling sites, the parasite infection rate of donkey was 60, higher than that of other points (P0.05), the infection rate of Donkey nematode reached 52.38, which was higher than that of other points, in the feces collected from 6 sampling sites in Shule County, while in the feces of Turpan City, the infection rate was 52.38%, which was higher than that in other points. The difference was significant (P0.05), the infection rate of Ascaris equis was not significant among the different sampling sites (P0.05), the infection rate of coccidia reached 57.5% in fecal samples collected from Toksonian County, which was higher than that of other sites. The difference was significant (P0.05). By worm dissecting technique (NN22), we found that there are 8 species of digestive tract parasites infected by donkey, belonging to 3 families and 3 genera, including 4 species of nematodes, 4 species of gastric flies, 4 species of nematode, 4 species of nematode, 2 species of Ascaris equalis, 3 species of gastroenteric fly and 4 species of red stomach fly. The infection rates of stomach fly and stomach fly were 22.72 and 13.64 and 9.09, respectively. The infection rate was 18.189.09 and 4.559.09.
