光照时间和强度互作对黄羽肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在研究在半开放式肉鸡垫料平养模式下,夜间补光时间和强度互作对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。将840只1日龄岭南黄公母混合雏随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复70只。试验采用2(光照时间)×2(光照强度)因子设计,光照时间分为持续光照(24 L)和间歇光照(3D:1L),光照强度分别为10 Lx和30 Lx。试验期共50 d,分生长前期(1~21 d)和后期(22~50 d)2个阶段。结果表明:间歇光照较持续光照显著提高了各生长阶段的日采食量,提高了后期日增重并降低了耗料增重比(P0.05),间歇光照组肉鸡21 d脾脏和法氏囊指数、50 d脾脏和胸腺指数及免疫球蛋白Ig M水平显著高于持续光照组(P0.05),光照强度对生长性能指标和免疫指标均无显著影响,与光照时间也无交互作用(P0.05)。在本试验条件下,采用3D:1L间歇光照模式和10 Lx光照强度,能使肉鸡获得最优的生产性能和免疫功能,并节约电能。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of night light supplementation time and intensity interaction on growth performance and immune function of broilers under semi-open broiler feeding model. Eight hundred and forty 1-day-old Lingnan Yellow male and female chicks were randomly divided into 4 groups, each with 3 replicates and 70 with each replica. The experiment was designed with 2 (light time) 脳 2 (light intensity) factor. The illumination time was divided into continuous illumination (24L) and intermittent illumination (3D: 1L). The light intensity was 10Lx and 30Lx, respectively. The experiment period was 50 days, which was divided into two stages: early growth stage (1 ~ 21 days) and late stage (22 ~ 50 days). The results showed that the daily feed intake of different growth stages was significantly increased by intermittent illumination than that by continuous illumination. The daily gain and feed gain ratio (P0.05) were increased in the later stage. The spleen and thymus index and immunoglobulin IgG M levels in the intermittent illumination group were significantly higher than those in the continuous illumination group (P0.05). The spleen and thymus index and immunoglobulin IgG M levels in the intermittent illumination group were significantly higher than those in the continuous illumination group (P0.05). The long performance index and immune index had no significant effect. There was no interaction with light time (P0.05). In this experiment, 3D: 1L intermittent illumination mode and 10LX light intensity were used to make broiler gain the best performance and immune function, and save electric energy.
