王不留行和黄芪提取物对哺乳母猪生长性能和血液生化指标的影响
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of Wang Buliu and Astragalus extract on the performance and blood biochemical indexes of lactating sows, 27 newly born white sows were randomly divided into 9 treatments with 3 replicates each. The experiment was designed with 2 factors and 3 levels. The experimental diet was composed by adding different doses of Rhizoma Astragali extract and Astragalus extract to the basal diet, and three supplemental levels of 0 ~ (2. 5) ~ 3 g/kg were set for the extract of Astragalus membranaceus and Rhizoma Astragali (Astragalus membranaceus). The prefeeding period was 7 days before the expected period, and the trial period was 10 days after weaning in sows, for a total of 38 days. The results showed that: (1) compared with the control group, the urea nitrogen content in the diet supplemented with the 3. 0 g/kg extract decreased by 13. 0% (P0.05); (2). The average daily gain and litter weight of the 2. 5 g/kg Astragalus membranaceus extract group were significantly lower than that of the control group. Compared with the control group, the total protein increased by 8.5% and 2.3%, and the contents of blood glucose and urea nitrogen decreased by 5.6% and 22.6% (P0.05); (3), respectively, and the urea nitrogen content decreased by 36.3% (P0.05) compared with that of the control group (P0.05) when the combination of Astragalus membranaceus extract and Rhizoma Astragali extract was 3.0 g/kg and 3.0 g/kg respectively.
