猫慢性肾病概述

【摘要】：慢性肾病(CKD)属于广义范围的疾病,宠物临床中多发于老年犬猫,主要影响肾脏的结构和功能。CKD主要的症状是由肾脏损伤引起的贫血、电解质紊乱和脱水等并发症,最终动物会因并发症而死亡。CKD对肾脏的损伤是不可逆且无法预防的,需要一个长期的治疗过程。上述情况给宠物医生制定治疗方案带来了一定的困难,也给畜主情感和经济上造成了很大压力。因此,论文对猫CKD的流行、诊断和管理等方面进行综述,以期加深宠物医生及畜主对于CKD的理解和预判,从而更好的管理该病。
[Abstract]:Chronic nephropathy (CKD) belongs to a broad range of diseases. In pet clinic, it mainly affects the structure and function of kidney. The main symptoms are anemia, electrolyte disorder, dehydration and other complications caused by kidney injury. Eventually, animal death due to complications. CKD damage to the kidney is irreversible and irreversible, requiring a long-term treatment process. This situation brings some difficulties to pet doctors in formulating treatment plans, and also puts great pressure on livestock owners emotionally and financially. Therefore, this paper reviews the prevalence, diagnosis and management of cat CKD in order to deepen the understanding and prediction of CKD among pet doctors and livestock owners, so as to better manage the disease.
