国家自然科学基金资助猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒研究情况分析

【摘要】：对1995年以来国家自然科学基金委员会(National Natural Science Foundation of China,NSFC)资助猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)研究的情况进行分析。统计分析表明1995—2016年NSFC对PRRSV资助的项目数呈整体上升趋势,特别是2008—2015年增幅最明显。项目依托单位以高等院校为主体,其中获资助项目数量最多的是华中农业大学,获资助经费总额最多的是中国农业大学。此外,NSFC资助PRRSV的研究以兽医传染病学为主,在所有的128个项目中,获得两次及两次以上项目资助的负责人主持的项目数占总项目数的43.8%。发表的SCI论文涵盖了PRRSV的遗传与变异、复制、致病机制、免疫机制、综合防控等方面,标志着我国科学家在NSFC资助下PRRSV研究已经达到国际领先水平。
[Abstract]:The status of research on porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus) funded by (National Natural Science Foundation of China NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China) since 1995 was analyzed. The statistical analysis shows that the number of PRRSV projects funded by NSFC from 1995 to 2016 shows an overall upward trend, especially the most obvious increase from 2008 to 2015. The most supported projects are Huazhong Agricultural University, and the most funded projects are China Agricultural University. In addition, the research of NSFC-funded PRRSV is mainly veterinary infectious diseases. In all 128 projects, the number of projects sponsored by the person in charge of twice or more projects accounts for 43.8% of the total number of projects. The published SCI paper covers the inheritance and variation, replication, pathogenesis, immune mechanism, comprehensive prevention and control of PRRSV, which indicates that Chinese scientists have reached the international leading level in the research of PRRSV funded by NSFC.
