延边部分地区犬源腹泻致病菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

【摘要】:随着人民生活水平的不断提高,生活习惯的变化,宠物犬已经与人类的生活密不可分。这些加大了犬与人之间人兽共患病原体的传播。其中犬腹泻在犬病中有很大的影响,导致犬腹泻的主要原因是病原菌的侵袭,其中主要的病原菌是大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等。为了使细菌型感染得到很好的控制,宠物临床上的抗菌药物被广泛使用,滥用和不合理使用抗生素的问题越来越严重,使细菌的耐药性正在逐步的增加和扩散。宠物细菌耐药性的提高使治疗难度增加,而且增加人兽共患病的风险。近年来宠物犬的临床耐药性日益严重,我国对其进行了进一步的研究。本试验从患腹泻症的病犬粪便中采集了29份样本,共分离出细菌25株。首先对细菌引起的腹泻的病犬,采取其直肠深部的粪便少许。涂片,镜检,观察结果,其中革兰氏染色阳性球菌株13株,革兰氏染色阴性杆菌12株。分别在葡萄球菌显色鉴别培养基和伊红美兰培养基上进行细菌的分离培养、生化试验。结果显示,符合大肠杆菌生长特性的菌株有7株,符合葡萄球菌生长特性的菌株有10株。将培养后的7株大肠杆菌菌液,10株葡萄球菌菌液,分别接种小鼠。结果表明,5株高致病性大肠杆菌、2株呈低致病性。8株高致病性葡萄球菌,2株呈低致病性。本实验中大肠杆菌采用血清型分型,其中7株大肠杆菌中共分离出3个血清型。06、025为优势血清型。而6株金黄色葡萄球菌则采用凝固酶分型,Ⅶ、复合型为优势血清型。药物敏感性试验结果显示,7株大肠杆菌对20种药物的耐药率为28.57%~85.71%,对阿莫西林耐药率为85.71%。10株葡萄球菌对20种药物的耐药率为20%~80%,对红霉素耐药率为80%。多重耐药结果表明犬源致病性大肠杆菌出现了严重的多重耐药性,7株分离菌中,耐药数从11~18种药物。10株犬源致病性葡萄球菌分离菌株中最低耐11种药物最高耐18种。
