肉用绵羊妊娠期和哺乳期能量及蛋白质需要量的研究

【摘要】:本研究以萨福克×阿勒泰杂交肉用绵羊为研究对象,研究其妊娠期和哺乳期对能量和蛋白质的需要量,为我国肉羊饲养标准的制定提供理论基础,从而为肉羊的高效养殖提供科学依据。选取15只健康的萨福克×阿勒泰羊杂交母羊做同期发情和人工授精处理,妊娠检查后按体重随机分为3个处理组(自由采食组,80%限饲组和60%限饲组),每个处理5只母羊。在空怀期,妊娠第60天和100天,哺乳第20天和50天分别进行消化代谢试验和呼吸测热试验。利用碳氮平衡法得出杂交母羊对能量和蛋白质的需要量。研究结果表明:1.随着饲喂水平的降低,萨阿杂交母羊对日粮干物质和有机物消化率显著升高(P0.05)。萨阿杂交母羊妊娠期和哺乳期对日粮DM、OM、NDF、ADF和能量的消化率显著高于空怀期(P0.05)。2.母羊在空怀期,妊娠第60天和100天的可消化蛋白(DP)需要量与体增重(BWG)之间的线性方程如下:空怀期:DP(g/d)=1.130 BWG(g/d)+218.0(R2=0.8793,RMSE=27.896,n=12,P0.0001)妊娠60天:DP(g/d)=0.3983 BWG(g/d)+113.9(R2=0.8836,RMSE=13.958,n=15,P0.0001)妊娠100天:DP(g/d)=0.4657 BWG(g/d)+85.33(R2=0.8660,RMSE=19.529,n=12,P0.0001)3.母羊在空怀期,妊娠期和哺乳期的维持蛋白质需要量(NPm)分别为3.569、2.594~4.263和3.419~4.581g/kg W0.75·d。4.母羊在空怀期,妊娠期和哺乳期的维持代谢能需要量(MEm)分别为292.72、259.83~307.03和363.54~371.40 k J/kg W0.75·d,维持净能需要量(NEm)分别为132.98、58.94~173.58和67.51~114.16 kJ/kgW0.75·d。
[Abstract]:In this study, Suffolk 脳 Altay crossbred meat sheep were used to study the energy and protein requirements during pregnancy and lactation, which provided a theoretical basis for the formulation of raising standards for meat sheep in China. So as to provide scientific basis for efficient breeding of meat sheep. Fifteen healthy Suffolk 脳 Altay crossbred ewes were selected for simultaneous estrus and artificial insemination treatment. After pregnancy examination, they were randomly divided into 3 groups according to their body weight (free feeding group, 80% limited feeding group and 60% limited feeding group), each treated with 5 estrous estrus and artificial insemination group. Digestive metabolism test and respiratory calorimetry test were carried out on day 60 and day 100 of pregnancy and on day 20 and day 50 of lactation respectively. The energy and protein requirements of crossbred ewe were obtained by carbon and nitrogen balance method. The results of the study show that 1: 1. With the decrease of feed level, the digestibility of dry matter and organic matter increased significantly (P0.05).
