3个品种鹅体尺测量和屠宰性能比较研究
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the adaptability of Sichuan white geese and Baizi geese in Liaoning, 360 70 day-old Huoyan geese, Sichuan white geese and Baizi geese were used as experimental materials to compare the differences of production performance among the three varieties. The results showed that the body weight of the three geese was significantly different (P0.05), the body weight of the three geese was significantly higher than that of Huoyan goose and Sichuan white goose, and the body length, shank circumference and diving length of the Baizi goose were higher than those of Huoyan goose and Sichuan white goose. The shank circumference and diving length of the 100 female geese were significantly higher than that of the Huoyan goose (P0.01), the diver length of the male geese was significantly higher than that of the Sichuan white goose Huoyan goose (P0.01), the shank length of the Baizi goose male goose was significantly higher than that of the Sichuan white goose (P0.01), the tibial circumference was significantly higher than that of the Huoyan goose and Sichuan white goose (P0.01). There were different slaughtering indexes among the three geese (P0.01). 100 geese and geese, full and semi-clean, The rate of pectoral muscle was significantly higher than that of Huoyan goose (P0.05), the percentage of leg muscle of Sichuan white goose was 8.79, which was significantly higher than that of Huoyan goose (P0.01); the rate of total bore and pectoral muscle of the male goose was significantly higher than that of the other two breeds (P0.05); the abdominal fat rate of Huoyan goose was significantly lower than that of the other two geese (P0.05). Two of them (P0.05); the early growth of Baizi Goose was faster, The maximum live weight was 3 230.21 g and the slaughtering weight was 2 810.97 g, which was better than that of Sichuan White Goose and Huoyan Goose. There were different correlations between body size and slaughter performance of different breeds of geese.
