超声波辅助高压法提取金针菇黄酮工艺的优化研究

【摘要】:为了探讨超声波辅助高压法提取金针菇黄酮的最适条件,试验采用单因素试验和正交试验的方法,研究了固液比、超声波功率、超声时间、高压时间及高压温度对黄酮得率的影响,并以金针菇黄酮得率为评价指标,优化提取工艺。结果表明:超声波辅助高压法提取金针菇黄酮的最优条件是固液比1∶45,超声波功率300 W,超声时间6 min,高压温度115℃,高压时间40 min,按照此工艺条件金针菇黄酮得率可达16.53%。说明利用超声波辅助高压法提取金针菇黄酮效果较好。
[Abstract]:In order to study the optimum conditions of extracting Flammulina velutipes flavonoids by ultrasonic assisted high pressure method, the solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test. The effect of high pressure time and temperature on flavonoid yield was studied. The extraction process was optimized with Flammulina velutipes flavonoids yield as evaluation index.
