马铃薯茎叶和玉米秸混合青贮效果的研究

【摘要】:为研究不同比例的马铃薯茎叶和玉米秸混合青贮的效果,试验共分为7个处理,分别为马铃薯茎叶单独青贮、马铃薯茎叶和玉米秸混合青贮(50%+50%、40%+60%、30%+70%、20%+80%、10%+90%)及玉米秸单独青贮,每个处理4个重复。真空袋青贮,室温青贮55 d。结果表明:与马铃薯茎叶单独青贮相比,随着玉米秸混合比例的提高,青贮料的青贮品质明显提高,其中感官评分、乳酸含量持续升高(P0.05),p H、氨氮、乙酸、丁酸含量持续降低(P0.05)。在营养成分上,混合青贮料的干物质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量提高,粗蛋白质含量降低。综合考虑,20%马铃薯茎叶和80%玉米秸混合青贮可获得与玉米秸单独青贮相似品质的青贮料。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of mixed silage of potato stem and leaf with corn straw, the experiment was divided into seven treatments: single silage of potato stem and leaf, mixed silage of potato stem and leaf with corn straw (50% 50% 60% 60% 60% 70% 70% 70% 30%) and corn stalk alone 10% 90% silage. Each processing 4 repetition. Vacuum bag silage, room temperature silage 55 days. The results showed that the silage quality of the silage increased with the increase of corn straw mixing ratio, and the sensory score, lactic acid content continued to increase (P0.05), ammonia nitrogen, acetic acid, butyric acid content decreased (P0.05). The contents of dry matter, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in mixed silage increased and crude protein content decreased. Considering 20% potato stem and leaf and 80% corn straw mixed silage, the silage with similar quality as corn straw silage can be obtained.
