东北玉米肉鸡表观代谢能预测方程的建立
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to establish regression equations of nutrient content and metabolic energy of Northeast Maize by laboratory analysis and broiler metabolic test, and to provide a convenient method for estimating metabolic energy of maize. Experiment 1: the nutrient content and bulk weight of 20 varieties of Northeast corn in different maturation seasons were determined and the range of variation of nutrient content was analyzed. Experiment 2: artificial corn was prepared according to the (ADF) content gradient of neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid washing fiber, and then added certain amount of vitamins and minerals to prepare artificial corn metabolic diet. The metabolic tests were carried out in commercial broilers of Aiba Yi + male broilers. The apparent metabolizable energy (AMEn) and apparent digestibility of nutrients (AME),) were measured by the total feces collection method at the age of 11 ~ 13 days and 25 ~ 27 days respectively. The regression equations of AME, AMEn and nutrient content were established by stepwise regression method. The results showed that the coefficients of variation of (EE) and ADF contents in crude fat of northeast maize were relatively large, which were 16.72% and 14.65% and 14.72%, respectively. The apparent digestibility of nutrients in artificial corn diet of broiler chickens was higher than that of 1113 days old and 25 ~ 27 days old broilers, and the apparent digestibility of crude protein (CP) EE and total starch (STC) of artificial corn metabolized diet was higher than that of total starch (STC). The apparent digestibility of EE was significantly higher than that of 1113 days (P0.05). The prediction equation of metabolizable energy of northeast maize was established by stepwise regression method. The prediction equation of metabolizable energy of northeast maize was: AME-17.661-0.853ADF (R2O0.870P0.01) AM En=17.468-0.878ADF (R2O0.873P0.01) AM E=18.102-0.792ADF (R2O0.781P0.05) AM En=17.935-0.830ADF (R2P05). The predicted value of artificial corn metabolic diet AME was very close to the measured value, and the calculated AME of northeast maize was in line with the expected value. It is concluded that the content of EE,NDF and ADF in different varieties of Northeast maize is relatively different, and that there are differences in the metabolic energy of maize in different stages of broiler. When calculating the formula of diet for broilers, the corresponding metabolizable energy should be used in different stages. For broilers under 14 days of age, the prediction equations of AM eon AM En for Northeast Maize were AM E17. 661-0.853 ADFU AM En=17.468-0.878ADF;14 > day old broilers, and AME,AMEn prediction equations for Northeast Maize AME,AMEn were AME=18.102-0.792ADF,AMEn=17.935-0.830ADF., respectively.
