不同宠物狗体表一些部位角蛋白降解真菌物种多样性

【摘要】:为调查宠物狗体表角蛋白降解真菌的物种多样性,从3个不同生境宠物狗的耳背、腹部、脸颊、背部、趾甲和后腿内侧共6个具有代表性的部位,采用以鸡羽毛粉为唯一碳、氮源的选择性培养基分离到能分解角蛋白的真菌共1 100株。通过形态学特征、生物条码数据系统(Barcode of Life Data Systems)和分子系统学分析等多途径方法,将这些菌株鉴定为26属52种。结合文献资料和ISHAM(International Society for Human and Animal Mycology)r DNA-ITS数据库的分析结果表明,交链格孢Alternaria alternata、暗孢节菱孢Arthrinium phaeospermum、黄曲霉Aspergillus flavus、球毛壳菌Chaetomium globosum、球孢芽枝霉Cladosporium sphaerospermum、芽枝状枝孢霉Cladosporium cladosporioides、细小枝孢霉Cladosporium tenuissimum、拟粗壮弯孢Curvularia pseudorobusta、黑附球菌Epicoccum cf.nigrum和普通裂褶菌Schizophyllum commune共隶属于8属的10个种有可能对人类具有潜在的感染风险。宠物狗体表存在较为丰富的角蛋白降解真菌,包含有一批潜在的非皮肤癣菌类致病真菌,应引起宠物狗爱好者和相关亲密接触人员的足够重视!
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the species diversity of fungi degrading by keratin on the body surface of pet dogs, six representative parts of the ear, abdomen, cheek, back, toenail and inner side of the hind legs of the dogs in three different habitats were selected. Chicken feather powder was used as the sole carbon. A total of 1 100 strains of fungi capable of decomposing keratin were isolated from nitrogen selective medium. These strains were identified as 52 species belonging to 26 genera by morphological characteristics, (Barcode of Life Data Systems) and molecular phylogenetic analysis. The results of literature and ISHAM (International Society for Human and Animal Mycology) r DNA-ITS database analysis show that, Alternaria Alternaria alternata, Arthrinium phaeospermum, Arthrinium phaeospermum, Aspergillus flavus, Chaetomium globosum, Cladosporium sphaerospermum, Cladosporium cladosporioides, Cladosporium tenuissimum, Curvularia pseudorobusta, Curvularia pseudorobusta, Epicoccum cf.nigrum, and Schizophyllum commune, a common fructus. Ten species in 8 genera may have a potential infection risk to humans. There are abundant keratin degrading fungi on the body surface of pet dogs, including a number of potential non-dermatophytes pathogenic fungi, which should be paid enough attention by pet dog lovers and related close contacts.
