将淀粉糖的湿基糖渣废料加工为高脂糖蛋白饲料的工艺研究与开发

【摘要】:在各种淀粉糖浆的大规模工业化生产过程中,在高温液化工序后,会产生糖化残渣废料,产生量约为淀粉投入量的3%左右。该糖渣具有较高的脂肪和蛋白含量,是理想的饲料来源。如果直接作为粗饲料贩卖,经济价值很低,如果能够进行干燥处理,则可大大提高其经济价值。然而由于其具有高含水量、高粘度、对热敏感、易燃等复杂特性,淀粉糖行业内还没有针对该糖化残渣的成熟的干燥设备及干燥工艺系统。本研究项目经过对物料特性、干燥方式、干燥设备、干燥工艺系统等研究,经过工艺设计、关键设备设计制造、中试、生产试验,将糖化残渣加工为高脂糖蛋白饲料(脂肪≥20%,蛋白≥15%),有效解决了高黏度、高易燃性、易变色、变质物料的干燥工艺难题,生产过程的PLC变频控制使生产工艺条件调控更灵活,产品质量更稳定。最终实现了产业化规模生产,得到的高脂糖蛋白饲料产品,脂肪含量20%以上,蛋白含量15%以上,易于运输保存,保质期为半年左右,使产品附加值增加500元/吨以上,具有较高的经济价值。
