当归补血口服液醇沉物对雏鸡生长性能及ND抗体水平的影响

【摘要】:为探讨当归补血口服液制剂工艺中水提醇沉废弃物—醇沉物对雏鸡的生长性能及免疫作用,本试验选取300只1日龄雏公鸡,随机分成5组,每组60只,第1组为空白对照组,第2组为400 mg/kg体重黄芪多糖粉组,第3、4、5组分别为醇沉物200mg/kg体重、400mg/kg体重和600 mg/kg体重组。试验期为42 d。每组分别于21,42日龄测定平均日增重、平均采食量、耗料增重比,在14,21,28,42日龄测定新城疫血凝抑制(ND-HI)抗体水平。结果显示:黄芪多糖组和不同浓度醇沉物均能显著提高平均日增重、ND抗体效价,降低耗料增重比,而高、中剂量醇沉物组与黄芪多糖对照组对雏鸡的生长性能和免疫功能的作用效果显著,组间差异不显著。从经济角度考虑,确定400 mg/kg体重醇沉物为最佳添加剂量。
[Abstract]:In order to study the growth performance and immune effect of alcohol precipitated waste and alcohol precipitated waste in the preparation process of Danggui Buxue Oral liquid (Danggui Buxue Oral liquid), 300 1-day-old cocks were randomly divided into 5 groups, 60 in each group, and the first as blank control group. The second group was 400 mg/kg weight astragalus polysaccharide powder group, the third group was 400 mg / kg 200mg/kg weight and the 600 mg/kg body weight group. The experimental period is 42 days. The average daily gain (ADG), average feed intake (ADG), feed intake and weight gain ratio were measured at the age of 21 ~ 42 days in each group, and the level of ND-HI antibody was measured at the age of 14 ~ 21 ~ 28 ~ 42 days. The results showed that both the Astragalus polysaccharide group and the alcohol precipitate of different concentrations could significantly increase the average daily gain (ADG) antibody titer of ND and decrease the ratio of feed consumption to gain weight. The effect of medium dose alcohol precipitate group and astragalus polysaccharide control group on growth performance and immune function of chicks was significant, but there was no significant difference between groups. From the economic point of view, 400 mg/kg weight alcohol precipitate was determined as the best additive.
