基于Actinomyces ruminicola的微态制剂的体外发酵效果

【摘要】:为了研制一种新的微生态制剂,试验利用分离得到的瘤胃厌氧菌Actinomyces ruminicola(命名为NY2)与痤疮丙酸杆菌混合制成微生态制剂进行体外发酵,研究微生态制剂的体外发酵特性及产挥发性脂肪酸的能力,确定微生态制剂中Actinomyces ruminicola与痤疮丙酸杆菌的最佳混合比例。结果表明:当微生态制剂中Actinomyces ruminicola与痤疮丙酸杆菌混合比为1∶1时,培养瓶中乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和总挥发性脂肪酸的浓度最高值分别达到91.07,41.12,27.58,169.19 mmol/L。该比例微生态制剂可保持瘤胃内容物pH值在6.0左右波动,有利于瘤胃微生物发酵,并能促进乙酸、丙酸等挥发性脂肪酸的生成。
[Abstract]:In order to develop a new microecological preparation, the isolated rumen anaerobic bacteria named NY2) was mixed with Propionibacterium Acne to produce microecological preparation for in vitro fermentation. The fermentation characteristics of microecological preparations in vitro and their ability to produce volatile fatty acids were studied. The optimum mixture ratio of Actinomyces ruminicola and Propionibacterium Acne was determined. The results showed that the highest concentration of acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and total volatile fatty acids in the culture bottle was up to 91.07 mmol/L. when the mixture ratio of Actinomyces ruminicola to Propionibacterium acnes was 1:1, respectively. The pH value of rumen contents was about 6. 0, which was beneficial to the fermentation of rumen microorganism and promoted the formation of volatile fatty acids such as acetic acid and propionic acid.
