X射线对实验性犬膝关节骨关节炎的诊断意义

【摘要】:将36只健康雄性小型杂种犬随机平均分为模型组与对照组,模型组犬右后肢膝关节使用改良后的前十字韧带切断法诱导骨关节炎,对照组仅做切开右后肢膝关节囊后缝合处理。在造模后第4、8、12周对2组犬进行关节活动度检查、肉眼检查、X射线检查与K/L分级评分。结果显示:随造模时间延长,模型组犬膝关节肿胀、活动受限,出现跛行,肉眼检查观查同X射线结果一致呈加重表现,为关节间隙变窄、骨赘增多、软骨下骨密度升高,与对照组比较均差异显著(P0.05)。X射线对中晚期骨关节炎病变敏感,为骨关节炎预后及治疗提供一种安全、简便的方法。
[Abstract]:Thirty-six small male mongrel dogs were randomly divided into model group and control group. The right hind limb knee joint of the model group was induced by modified anterior cruciate ligament amputation, while the control group was treated with posterior capsular suture of the knee joint of the right hind limb. The articular motion, naked eye examination and K / L grading were performed at 812 weeks after modeling. The results showed that the knee joint swelling, limited movement and claudication were observed in the model group with the prolongation of the model time. The results of naked eye examination and X-ray showed that the joint space became narrow, the osteophyte increased, and the bone mineral density increased under the cartilage. Compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05). X-ray was sensitive to the middle and advanced osteoarthritis, which provided a safe and simple method for the prognosis and treatment of osteoarthritis.
