饲料中添加不同品种桑叶及发酵桑叶对胡须鸡的饲养效果
[Abstract]:In order to screen mulberry varieties suitable for poultry feed and to determine the feeding effect of mulberry leaves after fermentation, mulberry varieties were selected as big 10, resistant 10 and Wubao mulberry varieties. The mulberry leaf of Xiang 7920 and fermented mulberry leaf of Big 10 were added to the diet of bearded chicken according to a certain proportion (3% by mass fraction). The effects of mulberry leaf feed on growth performance, slaughter performance, meat quality and antioxidant index were investigated. Compared with the normal diet control group, the average daily body weight (ADG) of the mustache chickens in the anti-10 mulberry leaf feed group was significantly decreased (P0.01), and the daily feed intake of the bearded chickens in the anti-10 mulberry leaf feed group, the anti-10 mulberry leaf feed group and the Xiang 7920 mulberry leaf feed group were significantly decreased (P0.05). There was no significant difference in slaughtering performance, meat quality index between mulberry leaf feed group and control group and between mulberry leaf feed group and control group (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum of the control group were significantly increased (P0.01) and significantly (P0.05). The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver decreased significantly (P0.05) and extremely significantly (P0.01). The serum SOD activity of mulberry leaf feed group increased significantly (P0.05), the serum SOD activity of mulberry leaf feed group increased significantly (P0.01), and the MDA content of liver decreased significantly (P0.05). The results showed that Wubu mulberry leaf feed and Da-10 fermented mulberry leaf feed had no effect on the growth performance of mustache chickens or could improve the antioxidation ability of serum and liver of the two groups to a certain extent, and the feeding effect was better.
