转CP4-EPSPS基因耐草甘膦除草剂大豆中作J9331喂养鹌鹑90d亚慢性毒理学研究

【摘要】:随着转基因耐草甘膦除草剂大豆(Glycine max)的迅速推广及扩大种植,其环境安全性也越来越成为人们关注的焦点。本研究选取与环境密切相关的鸟类-朝鲜鹌鹑(Coturnix japonica)作为实验动物,随机分成5个处理组,用含有28%和70%的耐草甘膦转基因大豆(中作J9331)和非转基因对照大豆(中黄30)以及常规基础日粮饲喂鹌鹑90 d,观察其对鹌鹑健康状况和生理指标的影响,实验期间,记录各组动物体重和摄食量,实验末期,收集血液解剖动物进行病理观察,计算脏器系数。结果显示,转基因大豆喂养动物90 d后,各组动物生长发育良好,转基因大豆与非转基因大豆对照组相比,鹌鹑的血常规、血生化和脏器系数等个别指标有统计学差异(P0.05),但并无生物学意义。病理检查中,各实验组与基础日粮对照组相比,其他脏器未观察到有明显的病理改变,但在肝脏切片中观察到肝细胞脂肪变性及弥漫性纤维结缔组织增生,经评分证实该现象同时出现在实验组和基础日粮对照组,因此认为是肝脏自发性病变,与鹌鹑是否摄取转基因大豆无关。研究表明,转基因耐草甘膦除草剂大豆中作J9331与非转基因大豆对鹌鹑具有同等的食用安全性,为转基因大豆的商业化应用和安全管理提供了科学数据资料。
[Abstract]:With the rapid popularization and expansion of transgenic glyphosate-tolerant soybean (Glycine max), environmental safety has become the focus of attention. In this study, the Coturnix japonica, a bird closely related to the environment, was selected as the experimental animal and randomly divided into five treatment groups with 28% and 70% glyphosate tolerance. The effects of transgenic soybean (J9331) and non-transgenic soybean (Zhonghuang 30) and conventional basal diet on quail health and physiological indexes were observed for 90 days. During the experiment, the body weight and food intake were recorded. At the end of the experiment, the blood anatomical animals were collected for pathological observation and organ coefficient was calculated. Compared with the control group, the blood routine, biochemical parameters and organ coefficients of the quails were significantly different (P No obvious pathological changes were observed, but hepatocyte steatosis and diffuse fibrous connective tissue hyperplasia were observed in liver slices. The results showed that the phenomenon appeared in both experimental group and basal diet control group. Therefore, it was considered that hepatic spontaneous lesion was not related to the intake of GM soybean by quails. As J9331 in glyphosate-tolerant soybeans and non-GM soybeans have the same food safety to quails, it provides scientific data for commercial application and safety management of GM soybeans.
