山西省介休市猪伪狂犬病防控技术研究
[Abstract]:Porcine pseudorabies virus (PRV) is an infectious disease of swine caused by pseudorabies virus (PRV), which causes billions of yuan of direct economic losses every year. Based on the serological investigation of immune protection rate of porcine pseudorabies vaccine, the formulation of vaccine immunization procedure and virus purification, the prevention and control techniques of pseudorabies in pigs were discussed in this paper, which provided theoretical basis and clinical experience for the prevention and control of pseudorabies. The serological investigation of serum samples from some scale pig farms and scattered households in Jiexiu area showed that the average positive rate of vaccine antibody and wild virus antibody were 91% and 2.6% respectively, and the protective rate of vaccine antibody was lower in the bulk family, the average positive rate of vaccine antibody was 91%, and the average positive rate of wild virus antibody was 2.6% in Jiexiu area. The average positive rate was only 72.7 and the average positive rate of wild antibody was 23.3. The infection rate of pseudorabies wild virus in pig farm was not high, but the infection rate of wild virus was higher in bulk farm. In order to establish the immunization procedure of porcine pseudorabies vaccine, the specific antibody levels of porcine pseudorabies virus in serum were measured at 14 ~ 21g / 28 days, 35 days after first immunization and 35 days after immunization for three days after the first immunization of piglets. The effect of nasal immunization on pig farms infected with pseudorabies virus is ideal. The antibody level of infected pig farms in the care period is better than that of the pigs infected in fattening stage. At 70 days of age, the effect of intramuscular immunization is better. Pig farms should be based on their own production of specific problems, reasonable formulation of immunization procedures. The circulating system of "immuno-examination-elimination monitoring" was established. After repeated cycles, the serum antibodies of pig pseudorabies virus of ancestral generation were all negative, and the antibody of serum vaccine was positive after the first immunization of pig pseudorabies vaccine. The serum antibodies of parents on behalf of pigs were all positive after the first immunization for 4 weeks, and the purification of pseudorabies was successfully completed.
