东北细毛绵羊金黄色葡萄球菌性乳腺炎的微动脉解剖学研究

【摘要】:为了研究金黄色葡萄球菌诱导的乳腺炎中乳腺微动脉的变化,在东北细毛绵羊左侧的乳腺注射1 m L金黄色葡萄球菌(109 CFU/m L),而在右侧乳腺注射1 m L生理盐水作为对照。48 h后,屠宰东北细毛绵羊并取其乳腺做成血管铸型标本,对乳腺微动脉进行管径测量和扫描电镜观察。结果显示,东北细毛绵羊左侧乳腺的微动脉内膜表面呈粗糙状和有球状细胞黏附现象,对球状细胞直径进行测量后,推测该细胞为中性粒细胞。结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌诱导的乳腺炎能够改变乳腺微动脉的结构。
[Abstract]:In order to study the changes of mammary arterioles in mastitis induced by Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus was injected into the left breast of Northeast Sheep (109 CFU/m L),) and the right mammary gland was injected with 1 mL normal saline as control. The fine wool sheep were slaughtered and their mammary glands were made into vascular cast specimens. The diameter of the mammary arterioles was measured and observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the intima of arterioles in the left mammary gland of Northeast Sheep showed rough and globular adhesion. The diameter of the spherical cells was measured and the granulocyte was presumed to be neutrophil. The results showed that staphylococcus aureus induced mastitis could change the structure of mammary arterioles.
