低能日粮中添加复合酶制剂对肉鸡生产性能、养分利用率影响的研究

【摘要】:本研究调低日粮代谢能值,在玉米-豆粕型中添加专用复合酶制剂,旨在研究复合酶制剂对肉鸡生产性能、养分利用率、屠宰性能的影响。选择健康1日龄AA肉仔鸡雏鸡840只(公母混合雏鸡),随机分成7个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。结果表明:对玉米-豆粕型来说,正对照组、负对照组ADFI无显著性差异(P0.05);正对照组F:G显著低于负对照组(P0.01)。对于22~42d和1~42d的肉鸡,正对照组ADG显著高于负对照组(P0.01)。正对照组的ADM、ACP、TDM和TCP显著大于负对照组和加酶组(P0.01)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on the performance, nutrient utilization and slaughtering performance of broilers, a special enzyme preparation was added to corn-soybean meal type to reduce the metabolic energy value of diet in order to study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on the performance of broilers. A total of 840 healthy 1-day-old AA broilers (male and female mixed chicks) were randomly divided into 7 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 20 chickens per replica. The results showed that there was no significant difference in ADFI between positive control group and negative control group for corn-soybean meal type (P0.05), while F0 / G level in positive control group was significantly lower than that in negative control group (P0.01). The ADG in the positive control group was significantly higher than that in the negative control group (P0.01). The ADM,ACP,TDM and TCP of the positive control group were significantly higher than that of the negative control group and the enzyme added group (P0.01).
