高稳定性乳酸菌饲料制剂生产工艺及其应用效果的研究

【摘要】:采用喷雾干燥技术生产乳酸菌活菌饲料制剂,并对产品的应用效果进行研究。首先,通过单因素实验和正交实验确定壁材和喷雾干燥的最佳工艺条件;然后,对产品的活菌数和热稳定性进行研究;最后,以断奶仔猪为研究对象,考察产品的应用效果。结果发现,阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精的组合作为壁材,包埋率可达72.18%的最佳包埋保护效果;在进口温度160℃、进料速度400 ml/h的条件下喷雾干燥,乳酸菌制剂的活菌数可达8.69logCFU/g,且产品在室温(25℃)环境中贮藏30d,活菌数可保持在6logCFU/g以上;喂食乳酸菌活菌饲料制剂4周,断奶仔猪的腹泻率和死亡率相比于对照组分别下降了57.55%和40.03%,肠道中乳酸菌数量增加了14.23%,大肠杆菌数量降低了11.25%。
[Abstract]:The feed preparation of live lactic acid bacteria was produced by spray drying, and the application effect of the product was studied. Firstly, the optimum conditions of wall material and spray drying were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Then, the number of live bacteria and the thermal stability of the product were studied. Finally, the application effect of the product was investigated with weaning piglets as the research object. The results showed that the best embedding protection effect of Arabic gum and maltodextrin as wall material was 72.18%, spray drying at inlet temperature of 160 鈩,
