流动注射化学发光法测定二甲硝咪唑

【摘要】:创立了一种新的可以检测二甲硝咪唑含量的化学发光分析方法。此方法的检出限(3σ)为5×10~(-5)mol/L,二甲硝咪唑的浓度在5×10~(-5)~1×10~(-2)mol/L区间内与化学发光信号值呈现较好的线性关系。在优化实验条件下,测定11次相同浓度的二甲硝咪唑溶液含量,获得此方法的标准偏差为1.8%。采用该方法对重庆市大学城片区管网水进行加标回收,回收率为96.0%~103.0%。结果表明,此方法可以运用于二甲硝咪唑含量的检测。
[Abstract]:A new chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of Dimethylimidazole. The detection limit (3 蟽) of this method is 5 脳 10 ~ (-5) mol/L, and the concentration of dimethylnitroimidazole in the range of 5 脳 10 ~ (-5) ~ 1 脳 10 ~ (-2) mol/L shows a good linear relationship with the chemiluminescence signal value. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the standard deviation of this method was 1.8%, which was determined for 11 times with the same concentration of dimethylimidazole solution. The method was used to recover the pipe network water of Chongqing University City, and the recovery rate was 96.0% and 103.0%. The results show that this method can be used to detect the content of Dimethylimidazole.
