坝上长尾鸡不同羽速、羽色群体生长发育的比较

【摘要】：坝上长尾鸡是我国一种独特的地方品种,原产地种群数量较少,近年来由于外来品种的入侵杂化,该鸡品种特质退化严重,种群中纯种鸡的数量日渐减少,其在原产地更是没有形成现代化养殖方式。出于保护该地方品种,维持物种多样性的目的,我们需对其进行研究开发。本研究以出雏时鉴定过羽速的坝上长尾鸡育成鸡为样本,按不同羽色分为6组,测量8、10、12、14、16、18、20周龄和200日龄体重、体尺,8周龄羽毛长度,测量8、10、12、14、16、18、20周龄羽毛退换情况及待产蛋开始时记录初产相关体尺,主要的到的结果如下:1.这个育成期期间羽色、羽速比例基本不变;2.整个育成期期间体重渐渐由羽速对其影响显著(p0.05)转变为性别因素对其影响显著(p0.05);3.羽速对生长发育影响则一直显著(p0.05),在同羽色、羽速群体间,性别因素对生长发育的影响显著(p0.05);4.羽色对生长发育的影响并不显著(p0.05);
[Abstract]:Bashang long-tailed chicken is a unique local breed in China, with a small number of native populations. In recent years, due to the invasion and hybridization of exotic species, the traits of this breed have been degraded seriously, and the number of pure-bred chickens in the population has been decreasing day by day. Its origin is not formed a modern way of breeding. In order to protect the local variety and maintain the diversity of species, we need to research and develop it. In this study, the brooding chickens were divided into 6 groups according to their different colors. The body weight, body size and feather length of 8 weeks were measured at 20 weeks and 200 days of age, respectively. The changes of feathers at the age of 18 ~ 20 weeks and the relative body sizes at the beginning of the egg were measured. The main results are as follows: 1. During this growing period, the proportion of feather speed is basically unchanged; 2. During the whole growing period, body weight gradually changed from plumage speed (p0.05) to sex factor (p0.05). The effect of feather speed on growth and development was significant (p0.05), and the effect of sex on growth and development was significant (p0.05) among the populations with the same feather color and feather speed (p0.05); 4. The effect of feather color on growth and development was not significant (p0.05).
