黄酮成分复方对鸭病毒性肝炎雏鸭血浆和肝组织氧化损伤指标的影响

【摘要】：为了检测中药黄酮成分对鸭病毒性肝炎(DVH)的治疗效果,将208羽雏鸭随机分为4组:空白对照、病毒对照、化药对照及黄酮成分复方组;除空白对照组外,其余各组雏鸭6日龄时肌肉注射0.2 m L鸭肝炎病毒(DHV)悬液,然而化药对照组和黄酮成分复方组分别饮服相应药物进行治疗,空白对照组和病毒对照组饮服等量稀释剂,连用5 d,观察各组雏鸭存活情况,并测定各组血浆和肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及丙二醛(MDA)等氧化损伤评价指标,以评价黄酮成分复方对DVH的治疗作用。结果显示,黄酮成分复方的添加显著提高了被感染雏鸭的存活率,相对于病毒对照组,黄酮成分复方组的雏鸭存活率提高了31.99%;降低了由DHV引起的氧化损伤,使血浆和肝组织内氧化损伤指标回归到接近正常水平;DHV感染引起的氧化损伤指标的变化在肝组织中出现的时间早于血浆。表明该黄酮成分复方具有较好的抗DVH作用,其疗效可能与其抗氧化损伤有关。
[Abstract]:In order to detect the therapeutic effect of flavonoids on duck viral hepatitis (DVH), 208 ducklings were randomly divided into four groups: blank control, virus control, chemical control and flavonoid compound group, except blank control group. At the age of 6 days, the other ducklings were intramuscularly injected with 0.2 mL duck hepatitis virus (DHV) suspension. However, the chemical control group and the flavonoid compound group were treated with the corresponding drugs, while the blank control group and the virus control group were treated with the same amount of diluent. The survival rate of ducklings in each group was observed for 5 days. Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), nitric oxide synthase (NOS),) superoxide dismutase (SOD),) catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured in plasma and liver tissue of each group. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of flavonoid compound on DVH. The results showed that the survival rate of infected ducklings was significantly increased with the addition of flavonoids. Compared with the control group, the survival rate of infected ducklings was increased by 31.99, and the oxidative damage caused by DHV was reduced. The oxidative damage index of plasma and liver tissue was regressed to the normal level, and the change of oxidative damage index caused by DHV infection was earlier than that of plasma. The results showed that the flavonoid compound had a better effect on DVH, and its effect might be related to its antioxidant injury.
