不同方法测定饲料粗蛋白质的比较

【摘要】:粗蛋白质是饲料的重要指标,也是饲料产品的必检指标。本试验选择采用传统的半微量定氮法和两种不同型号的全自动凯氏定氮仪法对10种蛋白饲料原料中的粗蛋白质含量进行检测,分析不同方法的准确度,为饲料质量检测分析检测技术提供参考。试验结果表明,全自动凯氏定氮仪更适合大批量样品的检测,而且检测精度更高。
[Abstract]:Crude protein is not only an important index of feed, but also a necessary index of forage products. In this experiment, the traditional semi-trace nitrogen determination method and two different types of automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen determination instrument were used to detect the crude protein content in 10 kinds of protein feed raw materials, and the accuracy of different methods was analyzed. It provides a reference for the detection and analysis of feed quality. The test results show that the automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen determination instrument is more suitable for mass sample detection and has higher detection accuracy.
