一种畜禽舍发酵床翻抛机的研制及试验

【摘要】:在我国传统生活中,人们将禽肉、禽蛋视为优质的餐桌用品和补品。我国家禽饲养量已经连续多年保持世界第一。畜禽养殖方式从小农散养模式逐渐转变为集约化、规模化的养殖模式。现阶段养殖户只重视自身利益,而忽略了粪便处理问题,增加了地区环境污染,影响了地区环境可持续发展,较差的养殖环境也制约了养殖农户的饲养利润。大量的饲养给我国日益严重的环境问题带来了很大的难题。为此需要科技工作者对养殖方式进行改进,提高生产率,降低对环境的污染。针对我国目前的养殖方式,本着农机和农艺相融合的理念,本文通过研制适应我国现代化、集约化养殖模式的畜禽舍发酵床翻抛机,利用翻抛机改善畜禽舍环境,从而促进畜禽生长。本文主要在以下几个方面进行研究:1.对市场上现有的不同种类翻抛机进行调研分析,针对实验场地实际情况,选用合适的翻抛机。对选用的翻抛机进行安装和调试,在调试过程中,为了减少生产成本,设计并制造了一种横向移动转运车,可以帮助翻抛机在不同发酵床运行,方便多发酵床使用。同时发现,由于翻抛刀片的长度固定,不能很好地对深处发酵床进行翻抛,使用效率不高,为此对翻抛方式进行了改进;2.根据调试翻抛机反馈的优缺点和养殖场需求,重新设计制造了带深松铲的翻抛机,翻深可调,最深可达40cm,提高了发酵床使用效率;3.对选型的翻抛机进行性能试验测试,分析翻抛机的实际翻深,对比有无翻抛机情况下发酵床表面空气中细菌的含量及其与肉鸭生长情况的关系。结果表明:利用翻抛机进行翻抛实验组肉鸭的生长情况明显高于无翻抛机的对照组肉鸭;4.对比是否带有深松铲的翻抛机翻抛前后发酵床不同深度温度的变化。试验表明:经翻抛及深松铲深松后垫料各层的温度,高于没有深松铲深松仅翻抛后的温度。经翻抛及深松铲深松后垫料底层(35 cm处)温度为38 ℃,垫料中层(20 cm处)温度为42 ℃。;没有深松铲深松仅翻抛后垫料底层温度为34 ℃,垫料中层温度为40 ℃。利用深松铲对发酵床底层深松,给底层好氧菌提供更充足的空气,促进粪便分解。
[Abstract]:In the traditional life of our country, people regard poultry meat and eggs as high-quality table articles and supplements. The quantity of poultry in China has been kept first in the world for many years. Livestock and poultry farming mode gradually changed from small farmers to intensive and large-scale farming model. At present, farmers only attach importance to their own interests, but ignore the problem of faecal disposal, increase regional environmental pollution, affect the sustainable development of regional environment, and the poor breeding environment also restricts the breeding profits of farmers. A large number of feeding to China's increasingly serious environmental problems have brought a great deal of difficulties. Therefore, it is necessary for scientific and technological workers to improve breeding methods, increase productivity and reduce pollution to the environment. In view of the current breeding mode in China, and in line with the concept of combining agricultural machinery and agronomy, this paper develops a fermenting bed flipping machine adapted to the modernization and intensive breeding mode of our country, and improves the environment of livestock and poultry house by using the flipping machine. Thus promote the growth of livestock and poultry. This article mainly carries on the research in the following several aspects: 1. Based on the investigation and analysis of different kinds of flip machines available in the market, the suitable flip machines are selected according to the actual conditions of the experimental site. In order to reduce the production cost, a kind of transporter is designed and manufactured, which can be used in different fermenting beds to facilitate the use of multi-fermenting beds. At the same time, because the length of flip blade is fixed, the deep fermenting bed can not be flipped well, and the efficiency is not high, so the way of flipping is improved; 2. According to the feedback of debugging and throwing machine and the demand of breeding farm, the flip machine with deep spade is redesigned and manufactured. The depth can be adjusted to 40 cm, and the efficiency of fermenting bed is improved. 3. The performance test of the tilting machine was carried out, and the actual depth of the flipping machine was analyzed, and the relationship between the bacterial content on the surface of fermenting bed and the growth of meat duck was compared under the condition of whether there was a flipping machine or not. The results showed that the growth of meat ducks in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The temperature changes of fermenting bed before and after flipping with deep spade were compared.
