安格斯杂交肉牛不同饲喂阶段瘤胃内环境及血液相关指标变化规律的研究

【摘要】:为探索安格斯杂交肉牛不同饲养阶段瘤胃内环境和血液相关指标的变化规律,以期了解安格斯杂交肉牛亚急性瘤胃酸中毒情况,为安格斯杂交肉牛相关营养代谢病的预防和诊治提供一定的理论依据和研究基础。试验动物选自湖南某安格斯杂交肉牛育肥场,选取不同饲养阶段的安格斯杂交肉牛30头,分为五组,体重分别为300 kg、350 kg、400kg、550 kg、650 kg,分别标记为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组。分别对各组安格斯杂交肉牛的瘤胃PH值、挥发性脂肪酸、相关血液细胞因子、血液生化、内毒素以及瘤胃微生物变化规律进行了研究。不同饲养阶段的安格斯杂交肉牛,随年龄、饲养时间推移以及体重的增加,瘤胃内PH逐渐降低;通过离子色谱仪测定乙酸、丙酸和丁酸的含量,结果显示瘤胃内乙酸浓度先上升后下降,丙酸和丁酸呈逐步上升的趋势。利用放射免疫法检测安格斯杂交肉牛各饲养阶段血液细胞因子的含量,结果表明TNF-α未见明显变化,IL-1和IL-6的含量呈现升高趋势。用鲎试剂法检测血液内毒素的含量,发现第Ⅲ组含量明显升高,且差异显著;血生化结果表明,随饲养阶段的后移,除了ALP呈下降趋势,ALT、GGT、AST都表现一定程度的升高,在育肥后期酶活性下降,差异性不显著;TP的含量在第Ⅱ组上升到最高值,从第Ⅲ组开始逐渐下降。运用荧光定量PCR方法检测瘤胃内五种细菌的含量,结果表明在安格斯杂交肉牛育肥前期,第Ⅱ组各种含量均升高,与第Ⅰ组相比差异显著。其中嗜淀粉瘤胃杆菌增长幅度最大,在第Ⅲ组达到最高值,且与第Ⅰ组相比差异极显著。从育肥中期开始,五种微生物的数量出现不同程度的下降,纤维分解菌数量的下降早于淀粉降解菌。在育肥后期各种微生物含量基本趋于稳定,未表现出显著的差异性。综合上述试验结果表明,随着安格斯杂交肉牛育肥阶段的推移,瘤胃PH值逐渐下降,挥发性脂肪酸的浓度逐渐上升。从血液相关指标的分析结果可以得知高精料日粮可以引起血液内毒素含量及血生化指标的变化,对肝脏造成一定程度的损伤,在育肥后期SARA症状出现轻微的好转,这可能是由于安格斯杂交肉牛通过自身的调整来适应这种长期的高精料应激,从而减轻对机体的产生的不良影响。
