基于spline曲线的南方地区荷斯坦奶牛体细胞数遗传力估计
[Abstract]:The number of somatic cells has become one of the most concerned traits in dairy cattle breeding field, and the number of somatic cells has become an important indicator of mastitis in dairy cows. Based on more than 290000 DHI data collected from 62 cattle farms in southern China (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai), somatic cell number genetic parameters were estimated by random regression model. The linear, second-order and third-order spline curves were used to compare and analyze respectively. At last, the random regression model of somatic heritability of dairy cattle population in southern China was selected by AIC criterion, that is, the second-order four-node spline curve. Based on the second-order four-node spline curve random regression model, the heritability of somatic cell count in milk was estimated to be 0.130.51, which was much higher than that of mastitis itself. Therefore, the accuracy of selecting somatic cell number was higher than that of mastitis itself. More standardized quantitative traits were selected to promote the breeding process of mastitis resistance.
