茶多酚和新型甜味剂共同添加在断奶仔猪饲粮中的应用效果研究

【摘要】:茶多酚(TeaPolyphenols,TP)为茶的提取物,可添加于动物饲料,有着抗氧化及其他有利于动物健康生产的功效,但其味微苦,可能会在一定程度影响断奶仔猪的采食。新型甜味剂(Sweeteners,SW)含有包括甘草提取物及纽甜在内的甜味物质,添加于仔猪料可以提高其偏食性,与茶多酚同时添加可能会减轻其苦味,增加采食量,改善生产性能。因此,本试验旨在研究断奶仔猪饲粮中添加TP和SW及二者共同添加的应用效果,为二者在断奶仔猪上的应用提供科学依据。本试验旨在研究TP和SW对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标、养分消化率和肠道微生物菌群的影响。选取体况良好、体重相近的50日龄断奶仔猪240头,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+0.4 g/kg茶多酚、基础饲粮+0.2 g/kg甜味剂、基础饲粮+0.4 g/kg茶多酚+0.2 g/kg甜味剂,试验期24d。结果显示:(1)共同添加TP和SW对断奶仔猪ADG、ADFI和F/G的影响差异不显著(P0.05),但ADG和ADFI均有下降趋势,F/G几乎无变化;单独添加SW可以提高断奶仔猪的ADFI。(2)共同添加TP和SW可以降低断奶仔猪的AST、ALT、BUN和GLU,但影响不显著(P0.05);单独添加TP可以显著降低断奶仔猪的GLU水平(P0.05);单独添加TP可以提高仔猪血清中的TP、IgA和SOD含量,并降低MDA水平;共同添加TP和SW可以提高T-GSH和CAT含量,但差异不显著(P0.05)。(3)共同添加TP和SW时,棕榈酸和亚麻油酸水平差异显著(P0.05),花生酸和花生一烯酸差异极显著(P0.01);单独添加TP时,花生一烯酸含量差异显著(P0.05)。(4)共同添加TP和SW时,仔猪的EE和DM消化率差异极显著(P0.01);单独添加TP时,仔猪的DM消化率差异极显著(P0.01)。(5)共同添加TP和SW时,仔猪肠道的大肠杆菌含量差异显著(P0.05);单独添加TP时,仔猪肠道的大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌含量差异极显著(P0.01)。综上表明:饲粮中添加TP和SW可以提高断奶仔猪的免疫力和抗氧化能力,上调体内的不饱和脂肪酸含量,同时增加各种养分的消化率,并改善仔猪肠道主要微生物环境。
[Abstract]:Tea polyphenol (TeaPolyphenols,TP) is the extract of tea, which can be added to animal feed and has antioxidant and other beneficial effects on animal health production, but its taste is slightly bitter, which may affect the feeding of weaning piglets to some extent. The new sweetener (Sweeteners,SW) contains sweet substances including liquorice extract and new sweet. Adding it to piglets can improve their partial eating ability. The addition of tea polyphenols at the same time may lighten their bitter taste, increase their feed intake and improve their production performance. Therefore, the purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of adding TP and SW to weaning piglets and to provide scientific basis for their application in weaning piglets. The effects of TP and SW on growth performance, blood biochemical index, nutrient digestibility and intestinal microflora of weaned piglets were studied. 240 weaned piglets with similar body weight and good body weight were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 6 replicates in each treatment group and 10 piglets per replica. Basal diet (control group), basal diet 0.4 g/kg tea polyphenols, basic diet 0.2 g/kg sweeteners, basic diet 0.4 g/kg tea polyphenols 0.2 g/kg sweeteners for 24 days. The results showed that: (1) the effect of TP and SW on ADG,ADFI and F / G in weaning piglets was not significant (P0.05), but ADG and ADFI had a downward trend, and FRG had no change. The addition of SW alone could increase the ADFI. (2) of weaned piglets, and add TP and SW together could reduce the AST,ALT,BUN and GLU, of weaned piglets, but the effect was not significant (P0.05). The level of GLU in weaned piglets was significantly decreased by adding TP alone (P0.05), and the content of TP,IgA and SOD in serum and MDA level in serum of piglets were increased by adding TP alone. The content of T-GSH and CAT was increased by adding TP and SW together, but there was no significant difference (P0.05). (3). When TP and SW were added together, palmitic acid and linolenic acid levels were significantly different (P0.05). The difference between arachidonic acid and arachidonic acid was significant (P0.01). When TP was added alone, the content of arachidonic acid was significantly different (P0.05). (4). When TP and SW were added together, the digestibility of EE and DM in piglets was significantly different (P0.01). When TP was added alone, the DM digestibility of piglets was significantly different (P0.01). (5). When TP and SW were added together, the intestinal Escherichia coli content of piglets was significantly different (P0.05). The contents of Escherichia coli, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in intestinal tract of piglets were significantly different with TP alone (P0.01). The results showed that the supplementation of TP and SW in diet could improve the immunity and antioxidant ability of weaned piglets, increase the content of unsaturated fatty acids, increase the digestibility of all kinds of nutrients, and improve the main microorganism environment of intestinal tract of piglets.
